The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.
In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!
Executive room is facing the city and there is too much traffic and a lot of noise in the evening.
The staff, the room, the spa!
We booked the standard room and the one bedroom suite. Both clean and had great views. Of course, the one bedroom suite was much larger, with multiple storage spaces; including 2 walk-in closets. It has 2 toilets, a bathtub, and a separate waterfalls shower. It is an L shape, so you get a lot of light and views of the mountains and the city. What I loved about this room was the sliding door that separated the bedroom from the seating area.
The hotel is right next door to the Forum Kayseri mall.
The staff in general were very courteous and professional. From the person who greets you at the door to the reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the guest relation personnel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kayseri with my wife after our journey through Cappadocia. This hotel offers the most breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Kayseri. From our room, we enjoyed a panoramic vista that truly highlighted the city’s charm.
The hotel is ideally located, allowing easy access to numerous attractions. Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot. The warmth and friendliness of the locals further enhance the experience, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
Every morning, we indulged in an abundant breakfast buffet at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and we were frequently asked by the kitchen staff if we had any special requests. The hospitality we received from all hotel personnel was exceptional, making us feel right at home.
The Radisson Blu Hotel also features a stunning Turkish bath, several massage rooms, and a well-equipped fitness center. My wife would like to express her gratitude to Ms. Fereshteh for the incredibly professional massage—truly a unique experience.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their attentive service and for creating such a warm, family-like atmosphere. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we are already looking forward to our next visit to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Kayseri.
