I liked everything! The room was super clean! This is very important for me.
I was in February, and these were the coldest days. Temperature was about -20C at night. The battery in the room was on full power, but it was not super hot in the room. So if you go in winter, consider that it can be cold.
The breakfast is delicious, also you can ask they will prepare omelette, which is very delicious.
The people in hotel are very kind. Thank you .
Location is great! It is close to Develi minibüs station to Erciyes.

The hotel was a really positive surprise for the price.
My wife and I stayed there for three nights. It's in a great central location, and we were genuinely surprised by how clean it was.
The furnishings aren't ultra-modern, but they're really clean and perfect for a short city break!
The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent.

I only slept there one night to pick up my flight at Kayseri Airport. Had a good sleep and a decent check-in experience (the receptionist even carried my backpack to my room). Thank you very much

Booked just one night in order to go to the Turkey v Wales football match. Wanted a hotel near town centre as that was where match transport was dropping us off after the game. Very little English spoken but Google translate meant that wasn't a problem. Easy check-in and no problems paying by credit card. Very pleasant staff. 6th floor room, no problem as there is a lift. Great view across the city from there. Clean and tidy room as was the shower room. Even up on the 6th floor could still hear the hum of the traffic during the night so that was the only negative. Good value and I would stay again.

The Four Mansions hotel in Kayseri is faultless - they have achieved what dozens of others imitate poorly and they do it very very well. The hotel offers genuine warm hospitality, understated luxury, comfort, convenience and quality in a gorgeous package. The staff are warm and professional, the rooms are immaculate and the breakfast was the highest quality we tasted in our month in Türkiye. We were disappointed we only had 1 night here, but we will stay again when we return to this wonderful country.

A must visit and stay. The most comfortable rooms I've stayed in over the last 3 weeks touring the country. The location is central to anything you could want if visiting the lovely history of Kayseri. I highly, highly recommend the breakfast. The best in the Turkey!

Nice hotel in a peaceful neighborhood (except for the music from a restaurant/club next door. The staff informed us when we checked in, and it did not bother us). Bed comfortable, nice shower. They fixed us a box breakfast sandwich, because we had to leave before breakfast.
Called us a taxi, but when we got to the airport, we were informed cash only. Spent 15 minutes looking for an ATM machine (downstairs outside arrivals), but my wife found enough euro/USD to pay while I was away.

Had an excellent stay here! The rooms were perfectly clean, spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Don’t have a single complaint. In addition to the quality of the rooms, all of the staff are great here. Merve and Esra at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast were great and the waiter Ahmet always had an extremely friendly and helpful attitude. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri!

We did not spend enough time here as it was an overnight stop over to Goreme. What we experienced upon arrival was nothing short of comfort and in the morning, lovely hospitality by the breakfast staff. Food was fresh and delicious. A lot of love has gone into their restoration and boutique experience. I would highly recommend. Only wish I could have stayed longer and it had a pool. Beautiful and historical.
