The best experiences that i ever had in Mustafapaşa and in Turkey.
The Hotel was so nice and particular, located in a nice area, not far from the other villages as well.
On top of that the Staff was so kind and genuine with us, they did a lot to make us comfortable, from the room cleaning, on booking taxis and much more.
I loved the time on conversating with them, as I've met an amazing and kind people over there.
I wish all the best to the team, and I hope to be back there soon.

For me it was a medium experience. The rooms facing the road are very loud due to the constant bus traffic. We had a cockroach in the room when we arrived, other than that it was clean. Breakfast had a large variety but not the best I've had. One night we were called by the reception at 10 pm for unclear reasons which woke us - this was a weird moment.

Answer to the comment of the hotel:
I was booked over a tour, horseback riding turkey. I'm happy to share any proofs of my stay there if needed. Moreover the hotel checked me in and took a photo of my passport - hence I must say that this is just a lie by the hotel. Changing my original review from 3 to 2 stars.

We had a lovely experience here. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Just a heads-up: our room was located at the highest point of the hotel, and there's no elevator. It's quite common in Kapadokya, but keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly. Especially two small kids and the bell boy, the young bell boy got such caring attitude, prompt service with positive energy, It's not a trained attitude but a personal trait.

We had a wonderful room with a bathtub that fits a baby elephant, cave or eco friendly house is always been my dream, felt so cozy after a long journey travel down to Cappadocia.

The breakfast at the hotel was also of a very high standard. They also arrange the transportation to the tourism area if you are self guided.

Definitely recommend a stay with this lovely family hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Konak Bezirhane Cave hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. We had a wonderful room with amazing views of the local setting. Everything in our room was clean and neat. The only downside was that there were no aircon or fan in the room. The food at the hotel was also of a very high standard. We can definitely recommend a stay in this wonderful hotel.

Ok for a cave hotel needed more ventilation and Wifi dark room even in the day lights are not enough to light up the rooms No tea coffee in the room although hot water kettle was provided Water is provided on request
