The room, hospitality and the breakfast are all wonderful. After checking out, we had a half day before our flight back to Istanbul, we asked the hotel manager what can be seen around the area, the hotel manager found us a tour guide who drove us from location to location, so we were able to take a look around other sightseeing spots besides air balloon ride. The tour guid was very nice and the price he charged was very resonable.

Just wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's beautiful during the day and night. The rooms are very very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is also located in a very quiet place. The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They know English really well and are readily available. The breakfast was also wonderful. Their food for lunch and dinner was also wonderful. The only thing was that there were so many aggressive bees interrupting our breakfast.

We arrived from Istanbul so we didn't really know who to trust or not. Ali, the hotel manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and nice.
Rooms are nice cave rooms therefore not expect anything to fancy. But extremely clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience at the Cappadocia Hotel. The service was fantastic and the owners care. Maybe cave living wasn't for us, but it is something to try once. For us the beds were not the most comfortable, and I kept hitting my head on the doorway (be careful if you are tall).

The views here are amazing, and the overall hotel is beautiful.

My stay at The Cappadocia Hotel was incredible and I highly recommend the stay here. 100% I would stay here if I come back to Cappadocia. Ali (the hotel manager) is super kind and helpful. He helped us plan our activities and arranged them for us with the companies. We told him we wanted to do the camel ride, ATV rides and horseback riding and he arranged those activities with transportation as well. We also wanted to do the hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled because of the weather. He went out of his way to help us and made us feel very comfortable at our stay. He’s super fast at replying to messages as well, so if we needed anything we would just text him!
The hotel room itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super delicious. The two ladies working with the breakfast were also very sweet and very hardworking and I really appreciated their kindness.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the city center. This was nice because it wasn’t very loud at night and had privacy.
We all really enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it to anyone!! Amazing staff and hospitality.
