The breakfast spread was impressive, and the service was good.
The hotel boasts stunning views from the rooftop, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the scenery.
However, the lack of WiFi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. Mobile data reception was also poor in our room.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique ambiance.
But really... I can't enjoy it.
But the customer service attitude of Ctrip was very good, and they helped to solve the problem in time.
I checked Room No 111 which is deluxe and right on the top of Receptionist has better wifi signal. The room was vacant until I checked out. I didn’t know why they downgrade my room from deluxe to classic while a wifi connected deluxe room was available
Very disappointing. Will not stay here again
