Everything was wonderful; the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, the rooms were ultra-hygienic, and we slept very comfortably.

If you're traveling to Iğdır for business, this hotel offers clean accommodations. The staff is attentive. Being located in the city center, it's easy to get to many places. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you're traveling by car. Breakfast is served on the clean and spacious upper floor.

We booked a room before leaving Van and hit the road. He canceled our reservation for money. And it was last minute. We had a really hard time finding a hotel in the middle of the night. Hotels are full, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. They humiliated us. Don't bother making a reservation.

Standard hotel in the city centre. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Close to the salt mines for visiting. We went in winter and the hotel was extremely warm! Good place to stay if you want to be in the centre.

Breakfast staff were amazing! Really nice, cheerful and very helpful.
Rooms were nice and clean.
When we arrived, the reception staff were also great.
But the evening shift receptioninst was super mean. Didn't want to help us, kept saying "no" to the things we had previously agreed with his colleagues.
But it all went well in the end. So you just have stay strong with your opinion, I guess.

More expensive than the nearby competitors, so I expected it to be better. But first of all the wi-fi was not working, so they had to connect me to the staff network. Then I found that there was no top sheet on the bed, only a coarse, scratchy blanket. I had to request a sheet and make the bed myself. To top it all off, the air conditioning was not working in the entire building, and it was a very warm night. The staff told me to just open the window, but the street below was noisy, as this hotel is in a central location. Not satisfactory. I was not impressed at all. This place is overrated for sure. There was also an unpleasant odour in the bathroom, it smelled like urine, but may have been a cleaning product they had used.
