The hotel is clean, with
cozy rooms, good wifi and nice staff. It is NOT beach front as advertised. The rooms are not soundproofed, the curtains do not cover well the windows, the pillow was hard and too high to sleep on it and the breakfast is average. Also we found in the room a dirty towel from the previous guest. Overall a disappointing experience, for sure not a hotel for 9,5 on booking, I would give an 8

Spotlessly clean, well-furnished (even including a drying rack for doing some hand-washing of clothes), and comes with a beautiful view and delicious, home-cooked Turkish breakfast! Friendly, helpful staff who were easily contacted with WhatsApp if they weren’t on site. It was so quiet and comfortable to stay here. Easy walk to the beach, bus or ferry. Parking space available.

Çoc Güsel bir otel! We really liked it, beautiful garden and surroundings. Ideal place to stay if you want to go to Mytilini via Ayvalik ferry. Very friendly host, very nice and comprehensive breakfast. B.t.w., the ferry and harbor facilities are located in Ayvalik, where there are two petrol stations on the main road. Opposite is the Turyol office. Arrive early at the ferry terminal to go through all “procedures”. There are NO signs directing you to the ferry terminal.

It is an OK place. Nice host, I give it 5 stars, nice bed - soft, comfy, also 5 stars, and with that, my five stars end. For what is offered (the boutique element is just in the name and in the lobby) the price per night is unreasonable. The breakfast was really small, some cheese, boild egg, jam, some bread, maybe cake and cookies. It is a family run hotel, and I am sorry I need to give this feedback,but it is needed.
