When we planned a last minute holiday with friends in Cunda and couldn't find a place, we had to make a reservation here. If it wasn't for the last minute, I would never have stayed. It was the worst place I've ever stayed. In fact, my son said, "Mom, this is so bad." and we ran away from there. Our friends stayed in the city center of Cunda for a more affordable price. We stayed in a filthy place far from the city without breakfast for a higher price. Well, it's cheap because it's bad. It's not cheap. It's run by an old couple who don't know anything about business. The rooms are so broken down that I can't even describe it. They didn't bother to fix anything. The drawers of the wardrobe are broken and the lids are crooked. They just put a broken lamp on top of the fridge. The fridge's freezer lid is broken. The inside is dirty and the cleanliness is zero. The toilet shakes when you sit on it. It feels like it's going to break at any moment. There's a disgusting drain smell from the bathroom. The interesting thing is that the ventilation window of the toilet opens into the room. Naturally, that smell fills the room. What kind of nonsense is this? They said let's just take money and not provide any other service. We didn't feel like having breakfast in such a bad place, so we didn't want breakfast anyway, they wanted an extra 300 TL per person, it had a pool, but we didn't even look at it, we thought, how can the pool be clean when the rooms are like this? I'm surprised at those who gave positive comments, maybe the room they stayed in wasn't that bad, but ours was the family room on the ground floor, I'll post the photos, you can get an idea from there.

We stayed at Cunda Uzun Apart Hotel for 2 nights on 29.06.2023 and 30.06.2023 as 4 people. When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown a parking lot. There is no reception. There is a section where the hotel owners live, we carried our luggage ourselves until we found it. We also carried our luggage to the room ourselves. They left half-used toilet paper for 4 people. We could not reach any hotel staff after 22:00 to ask for a new one, we got it from outside. When we asked the next day, they gave us another one. The hair dryer was not working, we were not taken care of even though we told them. There was no battery in the remote control of one of the air conditioners in the 2 rooms. When we told them, they suggested that we use a single remote control for both air conditioners. They did not put batteries in. In other words, they wanted us to go to the other room and get the remote control at any time of the day. They do not write the order given to the room to the room bill, they expect money at the door no matter what time of the day. The products bought ready from outside for breakfast were very, very bad, they bought cheap and bad brands. It is a poor quality that cannot be compared to the hotel fee. The husband and wife who own the hotel try to do everything. There is only one small trash can in 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, it was full on the first evening but it was not changed for 2 days. There is no place to hang the shower head, it is on the floor. We had breakfast twice, there is not even butter at breakfast. 2 types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Oh, and they made menemen, not an open buffet, 1 tablespoon and a handful of fries for 4 people, they bring it from the kitchen themselves, you can't get it. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The rooms are terrible and gloomy, the owner is rude to his staff, I canceled my reservation and left the hotel, I definitely do not recommend
