Çamlaraltıpansiyon in Ayvalik

Dear Halil, greetings! First of all, my wife Figen and I feel incredibly lucky to have met you at your wonderful guesthouse. Your wonderful humanity, your smiling face, your philosophy of life, your knowledge, your interest in trees, and your love for animals truly made us very happy. We came for a day or two, but ended up staying for days. May God grant you everything your heart desires. Your cleanliness and your staff are the same, Mr. Halil, I call you Mr. Halil. My wife and I are very, very grateful to you. We came in August, and again towards the end of September, and we will continue to come. You fed us from your trees; you even fed us three different kinds of fruit from one tree – figs, grapes, pomegranates, mandarins, walnuts, and much more! What more can I say? We were amazed by the place, its location on a hill, surrounded by pine trees, the fresh air, its proximity to the city – in short, it's a perfect establishment. I have so much more to write, but unfortunately, I'll keep it short. I love you very much, and I recommend you to everyone. If what I've said isn't true, they can call me and accuse me of lying. I'm that sure, and I vouch for you. My wife Figen and I bid you farewell and hope to see you again soon.

My father and I came, and we're so glad we did. The owner, Uncle Halil, is a very kind person. He speaks 4-5 languages; he's a European-quality person. The rooms are clean, he provided tea and coffee, asked how we were doing every morning, and we talked before bed in the evenings. He's like that to everyone, not just us. Don't expect 4-star hotel comfort when you come to this guesthouse. The only thing I deducted a point for was that the power outlets in our room were far from the bed, not near it. But that wasn't a big problem; we could just plug it in for an hour and go outside. The air conditioning was great, and the double bed was very spacious. Thank you again, Uncle Halil, we hope to see you again. His assistant was a bit grumpy. Also, we would appreciate it if you could put out water and food for the animals. It has a very good view, it's in a very central location, and there's no parking problem. 🙂

Nice garden with a lot of fruit trees beautiful view quite location very sympathetic host. Just 5min to walk from the old town!

A hotel with the best location in Ayvalik. I am happy that I was the first Mongolian to visit this city and this hotel. Halil, the owner of the hotel, is friendly and has good service. There are more than 30 fruit trees around the hotel. It is interesting to see that every morning, the guests who stay at the lodge take the ripe fruit from the tree and eat it. Our room is full of pears, grapes, figs and pomegranates. It's called Fruit Paradise. It was very pleasant to sit and look at the city and the sea from the awning outside the hotel. Thank you so much.

Uncle Halil is a very gentleman who received a state education. Those who do not sit and chat with him lose a lot culturally.. His hostel is a decent address with a very clean view and parking lot.. Do not think of staying in Ayvalık, one of the rare places to stay here, because parking is a serious problem.. Ayvalık 7-8 minutes walking to the center.. Also, Uncle Halil's garden is very beautiful..

The owner was kind with us.I recommend for everyone who wants a nice place where you can rest for some days.We didnt have table but we put our things on the hang.The landscape is beautiful which compesates the lacks of furniture in the room

We had the most lovely stay at Çamlaraltı Pansiyon. Halil the owner was so kind. He gave us a room that we hadn't booked with a beautiful view because he wanted us to have the best stay possible. He was also kind enough to give us breakfast one day and show us around his garden. The location is peaceful and getting to and from the main town is easy. Thank you!
