We didn't go into the pool because the hotel has its own beach, and the sea was crystal clear and calm

*We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 6 nights between September 2nd and 8th. Honestly, I was hesitant after reading negative reviews before going, but definitely don't be fooled

Emre in the food department and the ladies in the service department. Their service was truly excellent. The pool was clean, and the beach was sandy and beautiful. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available

There was light music by the pool at night, but it didn't bother me. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place, this is the place

The sea was a little cold compared to the Mediterranean, but we got used to it, it is quite accessible. My 1 year old baby also entered. You can swim in the sea with shallow fish. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights

The welcome was very nice, and the cleanliness was generally adequate. Only the room cleaning could be a little more meticulous. We chose a deluxe sea view room; it was quite spacious, airy, and comfortable

The hotel's location on the sea is fantastic. I'm not even going to mention the sea is magnificent. Don't go looking for adventure. They have a very good management and staff

We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. For the price, I would consider going again and recommend it

As a picky eater and a meat eater, I was quite satisfied and enjoyed my dinners. The service and cleanliness were good enough. The rooms were quite small, but it didn't cause any problems from bed to bed

Everything was perfect from check-in until check-out. Esra Hanım, Uğur Bey, Metin Bey, the receptionists, the beach attendant, the chefs, the wait staff, everyone was friendly and did their job well

A special thank you to our Indonesian friend, Muhammed. His smiling face really brightens up the hotel. The sea and beach are very close and wonderful. The hotel has sun loungers and umbrellas

There was a guy from Mardin who was very nice; thanks to him, we didn't suffer any losses with the children. The location is good, right across from the beach, and the rooms were clean

The rooms are not very soundproof, there was a sound when someone dragged things on the top, but we did not hear any speech sounds

We went late at night and while other places were charging 8-9 thousand, they gave us a single room at a discounted price

The sound from the surroundings came until a certain time at night, but when you pull the balcony door, the sound decreases a lot, there is an air conditioner that works properly and can cool, it becomes completely inaudible with its sound

Giving the right to its price; It is a very preferable hotel where you can eat, drink, stay and swim as a package. If we come again, we will stay again. Above all, their willingness to help encourages us

A small boutique hotel that changed hands about a year ago. Maksut, the owner of the hotel, and Mr. Zengin, the master of Ayvalık toast. A hotel where you will feel at home to the bottom

The hotel is in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our private bus and Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and arrange a pick up for us and our luggage

We also loved having a water dispenser and self-service Nescafe Gold available! It can be a little tricky to find the hotel on the first day because of the narrow lanes and hills, so just take your time and be patient—it’s worth it!

It's in the middle of the city, a 5-minute walk from the market. The only downside is the parking problem. Although, parking is a problem everywhere in Türkiye. But overall, we can say it's good

Small family hotel on first line to the beach - just 20-30 meters, with a swimming pool. Everything necessary in the rooms, normal bath, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. It is nice place and I highly recommend it.

The towels are old I would have preferred new towels especially as it’s a boutique hotel, Family operated needed a little bit more attention to detail. I would have like to have 2 pillows each

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the market. It was the cheapest room on the island. Much smaller than it appears in the pictures, about 6-7 square meters excluding the bathroom

Ideal for just sleeping and waking up. But we regretted it; I recommend increasing your budget a bit and staying in a larger room

The hosts, Levent and Burcin, are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much. Arif who does most of the cooking as well as all the other staff at the hotel are equally friendly and helpful

There is a huge breakfast each morning that keeps you going for most of the day. The lunch/evening menu is not huge but adequate and all the dishes we ate were superb

We spent 1 week at the Cundavilla Hotel and when we left we felt so sad saying goodbye to everyone, we had started to feel part of their ‘family’. I cannot recommend too highly, the best beach holiday ever…
