I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is quite old and not well maintained. Both the beach area and the hotel grounds were not clean, which significantly impacted the overall experience. The breakfast was very poor, with a limited selection of low-quality items — in fact, it was the worst breakfast I’ve had in the Ayvalık region. The only positive aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not recommend it and do not plan to return.

We were disappointed when we first saw the hotel that we had booked a month ago (it is an old place, the staff are 14-15 year old children), then they said they would have the rooms ready in 30 minutes, and after being kept waiting for 3 hours, we just said on the phone that we had the right not to let you into the hotel because we said it was too long, and we were officially dismissed from the hotel. We were kicked out as a family (with our 2 children), we visited a lot of places, but we have never seen such a bad business, such a rude style and treatment, we were kicked out of the hotel with our two children without even checking in, it's a shame, I don't think there is anyone who takes leave from work and comes for a holiday and expects a friendly and cheerful person. A family does not deserve this treatment, but it was very good, thanks to them, we had a very nice holiday in a very new and beautiful hotel for the same price, it had staff like human beings, from here again, many thanks to the hotel Labris from its management to its employees…
