I express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at this hotel with my family .
From the moment we checked in, the conditions were far below acceptable standards. The first room we were given was in extremely poor condition — the furniture was extremely old and broken, the room was incredibly diiiiiiiiiiirty , and it bore no resemblance to what was advertised on there website. To make matters worse, we were traveling with a baby, and despite this, we were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before being moved to another room, after much insistence on our part.
Unfortunately, the replacement room was not much better. During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. The overall hygiene standards were shockingly low — I have never encountered such dirty hotel rooms in all my travels. On top of that, the service was extremely poor, and the food was of very low quality.
This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable, and it caused significant inconvenience, especially since we were traveling with a small child. We even considered checking out the same day due to how bad the conditions were.

It was the worst hotel experience for me. There is no enough staff at the hotel. Rooms are dirty, there is water problem. Swimming pools are dirty too, we couldnt use. Food was also very bad and tasteless. The hotel is not cheap but they don’t provide ant service. I NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE THIS PLACE. JUST NEVER THINK ABOUT RESERVATION FOR THIS PLACE. Herşeyiyle berbat bir tatil denetimiydi. Otelde hizmet yok , lağım kokusu var. Havuzlar kirli, kullanılmıyor, yemekler kötü. Asla tavsiye etmem.

They are selling 5 star price per night but they are not cleaning the room in the day. When we ask to see any authorized person like a manager or chef, the staff told us their phone is closed! They cleaned the room upon our demand at 23.30. The service is the worst service i’ve ever seen in my life. They cannot even apologize! They ruined our holiday and they do not care. Do not believe any postive comments.

The attention to detail in the room's decor and cleanliness was truly impressive.
