The room and the hotel is reasonably clean. The furniture is not in great shape. The bathroom light was flickering, the mirror above the sink was broken, the hair dryer didn't work

They daily clean up rooms which includes new towels as well. Breakfast is very nice just next to the pool. All the staff is very helpful and always welcome you warmly. There‘re parking spaces just in front of hotel

Apart from these, I don't even need to explain the room, it is cleaned while you have your breakfast. Their food and desserts are very good. It is definitely one of the hotels to go to in Cunda

The hotel has a different smell in general, like the smell of sulphurous water in the hot springs. The rooms were not bad clean, but the most important thing for me was the towels had small stains

It is a real pity that despite you can see the hotel was fully refurbished several years ago, and that the rooms are large and comfortable, there is an urgent need for maintenance: rust and deep scratches in the bath tube, lights and fridge not functioning, the safe unavailable "because the last costumer left it locked" (same story with several rooms), the head of the douche will annoyingly slip down...

To begin with, lots of pics uploaded by the owner are MISLEADING: the hotel is not by the sea, there is no sea view from any of the rooms, your breakfast is not served by the sea: the photos depicting the sea are from a restaurant owned by the same person, that's all

The hotel is in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our private bus and Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and arrange a pick up for us and our luggage

We also loved having a water dispenser and self-service Nescafe Gold available! It can be a little tricky to find the hotel on the first day because of the narrow lanes and hills, so just take your time and be patient—it’s worth it!

It's in the middle of the city, a 5-minute walk from the market. The only downside is the parking problem. Although, parking is a problem everywhere in Türkiye. But overall, we can say it's good

This place is perfect!!! Just 5 minutes you can reach to cunda adası (center) by your car/motorcycle , there have small bus as well which is every 10 minutes pass by in front of this hotel

The sea was a little cold compared to the Mediterranean, but we got used to it, it is quite accessible. My 1 year old baby also entered. You can swim in the sea with shallow fish. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights

Mr Erdal and his brother Erkan is very welcoming, warm people. They created a zen place on top of Ayvalık hills with amazing panaromix view of Olive tree field, looks similar to Toscana region in Italy

We held our in-house group meeting for 3 days in Marlo Ayvalık. I was very satisfied with both the meeting environment and the rooms. We leave enjoying both dinner and breakfast very much

Amazing place to have a peaceful holiday. The food is very good in the restaurant. Staff is kind. You can watch the view all day and drink a glass of wine which made from local grapes.

This is a family run hotel and an extremely pleasant one. The owner tried to add so many of her own handmade details that it felt like we were at someone's home. It was a great find, perfect for our short holiday

Quiet enough with a very good location, close to both Cunda Island and Sarimsakli by car and Ayvaluk city by foot. And we got to enjoy our breakfast and bear on the terrace with a wonderul view to the bay
