Where to stay in Ayvalik

The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams.

We had a lovely time at Tunc Otel. The owners are very kind, helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to our needs. We felt like we were home. The location of the hotel is excellent. We find the atmosphere very pleasant. It was especially delightful to have our breakfast in the outdoor dining area of the hotel among pine and fig trees. While we are staying at deniz hotel, we really felt that we are on holiday. All we do is to enjoy the sea and the garden with green grass. Also the hotel is so close to the centre, only 5 minutes to walk. It ia highly recomended that you should have dinner at cazibe restaurant at least one evening.

Believe Me... This place is perfect!!! Just 5 minutes you can reach to cunda adası (center) by your car/motorcycle , there have small bus as well which is every 10 minutes pass by in front of this hotel... I'm gonna be writing a comment in english so that everyone can understand, this hotel gave me and my friend a great experience starting from the rooms and how clean they were, the staff specially Enes and Sema and their amazing mother, the delicious turkish breakfast which had 4 types of olives, cheese, fresh jam and olive oil ..etc. as for the view it had a sea view and a free access to the beach...

My vacation at Olivera Hotel was amazing! The food was good, the staff was so friendly and kind, the sea is next you, the pool is next to you. Amazing, I loved it! I will visit it again for sure. Recommending!! Plus I made some friends there with the guys form the stuff.

We spent two days at this friendly and welcoming historical place that had amazing view. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was a feast with everything homemade. Our room also very clean and tastefully decorated.

Hotel is just at the beach. You will wake up and sleep in the sea :) that’s the most amazing hotel in cunda (for me). The breakfast was amazingly varied and delicious. Other than that you can access the centre of Cunda in 5 mins by walking.

Clean and charming room with a balcony overlooking the bay and town. Super nice and helpful innkeeper who also spoke English. Very good breakfast in top floor dining area with big glass windows and views in all directions. Also a great location in the middle of the old town. If you drive, talk to them first before trying to navigate to the hotel.

Hotel Sezer is in a good location, close to the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks Serbian. The food is decent, as is the choice they offer per meal. What might be a small problem is that the rooms are cramped, but they are neat and clean. As far as I noticed, they were almost renovated.

The location of the hotel is phenomenal, the hotel has its own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. One piece of advice would be to mark the sunbeds and umbrellas a little better and allow access to them only for hotel guests, as the surrounding hotels do. Hahaha, we might be the first Chinese couple staying here. Almost no Chinese have visited this place, an old city center full of warmth. This hotel is not a building, but a warm gusethouse. Ayvalik is so precious in the increasingly commercialized Türkiye that it still retains the warmth and affection of the old Turkish and Greek communities from decades ago.

The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was good. Fridge did not work in room, but I was able to use the main fridge. Initially difficult to find as taxis do not come there, but manager came looking for me. They did arrange an early taxi to come to the hotel to take me to the bus terminal. The taxi was able to get there as tables were not set up in the normal road, which happens later in the day.

We went for the holiday, we spent 4 days full of calm and peaceful pine trees and flowers. The owner of the business, Mrs. Arzu, is very sincere and caring as she can.
