Aspires to be four star but facilities are tired. Staff helpful if asked but not proactive. Unable to provide an invoice for bar tab so had to accept their calculation. Amount reduced when I asked to pay by credit card.
Very good hotel, perhaps pool beds need a little refreshment, otherwise everything according to the price. But! The hotel is full of children, age 12 to 15, and I mean hundreds of them, some kind of sport or school vacation. Running through the corridors, banging on the doors, shouting, making mess in the restaurants, by the pool, no sleeping at nights. And it seems that they are here for the entire summer. So...I recommend the hotel, but if you want some peace and quiet, first check with the reception if the children went home.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel with my family in October 2021. We enjoyed with the stay.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel is located on the beach and away from restaurants and cafes.

We stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant holiday, all exclusive. They have a mid size pool and blue flagged sea. It was average overall, food was satisfactory. However, staff was overwhelmed by the crowd and was very busy. They were friendly and helpful but you could see the tiredness on their faces. They were young and most of the time walking around in dirty clothes… I hope they see this comment and change clean clothes.
About customers, they were mostly families kids and elderly. If you are young, this would not be the best fit for you. There are not any fun night activities and only a limited alcohol selection with poor bar options.
Room was very clean and beautiful view, cleaning lady was very friendly. Always changing the towels and cleans the bathroom. Thank you

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.
I’ll start with the good ones:
1. The beach is very nice and most of the time it was not crowded.
2. The sea is nice and clean (tho cold)
3. The room was spacious and with a nice sea view
Now the bad:
1. The food was absolutely horrendous. Nothing fresh, barely any variety, the most in season produce like tomatoes and cucumber tasted like cardboard. Total failure even for a 2 star hotel
2. The drinks were ALL mixed with water - the beer, the gin, wine, coke EVERYTHING. The only thing you could get as it is was water since it was in water bottles.
3. The tennis court is in a mess and not safe for playing.
4. The hotel is old but the problem is not that but that it is utterly poorely managed and taken care of.
5. The employees and staff were all very kind (thank you all!) but they looked so unhappy and tired which left a really sour taste.
6. NO WIFI! Even though the hotel’s wifi is free it never worked and we spent 3 days on 4G
We won’t be back.
