We decided to come based on Google reviews and images we saw online. We're so glad we did! We only planned for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer if we had more time. We had two wonderful days at the hotel. It's about 1.3 km from Cunda center. There's no problem finding parking for your car. Our room was very clean and pleasant. It is a really great hotel with clean and useful rooms, a wonderful view and walking distance to the center of Cunda. The helpful hotel team always does their best to please you. Panorama Hotel also has many features such as pool and private beach that are not available in many hotels in Cunda. I highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet - among one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Nice staff, which delivers everything you need, even out on the bathing pier, at reasonable prices. We had the pleasure of staying at Kapya Cunda for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location as very close to restaurants and sea. You feel comfortable at this hotel. The location is great, just a 30-meter walk to the beach. They have their own sun lounger on the beach. Everything is at your fingertips. The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams.

Not great. The room and the hotel is reasonably clean. The furniture is not in great shape. The bathroom light was flickering, the mirror above the sink was broken, the hair dryer didn't work. There were some stains in the shower and some on the cabinets. A/C was pretty weak.

If you visit Cunda Island, this is the go to hotel I would recommend. Situation next to an olive orchid with sheep grazing in between the rows. We spent two days at this friendly and welcoming historical place that had amazing view. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was a feast with everything homemade. Our room also very clean and tastefully decorated.

We stopped for a night in Ayvalik on our way to Bodrum, to break the drive south. We had heard that Ayvalik was a pretty town away from the tourist centers and it was exactly that - and finding this gorgeous little BandB made the stop even more special. The host Derya is amazing, helpful and so warm. From the first moment we spoke on the phone she was really helpful. The place is a wonderful building with lots of soul and charm in the center of Ayvalik. The placa has a private car parking. For sure will come back, 100% recommended!

While we are staying at deniz hotel, we really felt that we are on holiday. All we do is to enjoy the sea and the garden with green grass. Also the hotel is so close to the centre, only 5 minutes to walk. It ia highly recomended that you should have dinner at cazibe restaurant at least one evening.
