Reviews
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had in a long time. The staff, unfortunately, lacks professionalism. They do not wear uniforms and can't speak either English or Turkish, which makes communication impossible. The front desk employee never listens to you and has a rude and impolite manner. If you want them to pay attention, you have to speak loudly and rudely.
If you are looking for a poor-quality and overpriced experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I am writing this review after a very disappointing 2-night stay at Sunaba Kasri Hotel. While the building's high location provides a truly amazing sea view and the design is beautiful, the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, and the service is truly horrible.
Our party of 8 adults and 2 kids booked four rooms. On the positive side, the bed sheets and towels were clean, and the food was delicious. However, that is where the good experience ended. The stairs to our loft room were covered in dust, the walls were paper thin, and the ventilation was very poor, allowing food smells to linger in the corridors. To make matters worse, a bad smell from the bathroom drains was present from time to time. Because we had booked four rooms, I know that some friends had experienced a lack of toilet paper, hand towels, and some had empty shampoo bottles in their bathrooms.
The service was the biggest issue. It seemed there was only one person in charge of everything—from the front desk to serving and managing—and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Communication was very difficult. We even had a chance to chat with other guests with kids, and they had a very bad experience too. We wished each other good luck before breakfast in hopes of getting better service that day. At one meal, our food arrived at completely different times, with some of our party finishing their meal while others were still waiting for theirs to be served.
We considered leaving after the first night, but since we were charged for the entire stay upfront, we felt trapped and didn't want to deal with the person in charge. There was one busboy Murat who did his best to help and was a bright spot, but it wasn't enough to fix the systemic lack of professionalism. The hotel is not friendly for elderly, children, or disabled guests. You have to carry your luggage up more than 30 steps to enter the hotel and then carry it up at least another 30 steps to get to your room.
My two-star rating is for the hotel's view and the busboy, Murat. We tipped him, but I hope he also gets a raise or finds a better place to work instead of this chaotic environment.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

The decor is good and meticulous..
Ambiance is good...
Management is active. Minor deficiencies are corrected immediately.
Receptionist Çiğdem h. local people; benefiting from this, with his smiling face and sympathetic personality, he can consciously give information on every subject related to the region.
Room rates can be a little high, but the quality/price balance is reasonable. Guest profile is good.
The beach is 6 km away. A shuttle arrangement with an electric vehicle of touristic design can be useful.
I congratulate the owners of the facility, Mr. Osman and Ms. Nadia.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and stylish and authentic rooms, amazing views and tasty food. Host is very kind and avaliable at all times.
Thank you for the great experience.
