The hotel's location is excellent, very close to everything. The breakfast service is good and delicious. The rooms are clean but small and have only one power outlet, which is insufficient. However, the owner's behavior towards us was definitely unpleasant. We wondered if he was so grumpy and harsh towards everyone, but we witnessed his pleasant conversation and smiling demeanor with other customers. We also noticed that he acted grumpy and harsh towards a few other customers, just like he did towards us. Whenever we had a request, excuses were made instead of solutions.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days between August 18-21 with an early booking (3 days for 4 people, 1 day for 3 people). However, when we arrived, the hotel owner, Mr. Metin, told us that he had reserved our rooms for his other hotel (Lime Boutique), and this was a change we were unaware of.
We went to the room to leave our belongings. The toilet was dirty, the floor was covered in hair, and there was a problem with the toilet tap. (I even thought I couldn't fit, but it turned out the toilet tap was faulty in rooms 1 and 4. We all experienced this problem.)
Then, after going to the beach and returning, we were taken to rooms on the upper floor. My room looked nice, but when we went into the shower, the drain was clogged and the water wouldn't flow, it was above my feet, and the shower head was spraying water from the hose. When we told the hotel owner, Mr. Metin, about the problem, he fixed it. However, I shouldn't have had to mention this, that's the problem. When we went to breakfast in the morning, we experienced another shock. We were told that breakfast was served buffet-style. The breakfast for 4 people was like a breakfast for 2 people. The pastry served tasted like lavender; all four of us smelled it. We couldn't eat it. (It might have tasted like mothballs.) The next day, the pastry arrived again, smelling of mothballs or lavender. And again, we couldn't eat it. We were told we could have ordered extra. Why should I order something that wasn't on the table and was bad? Secondly, if a breakfast for four is served for two, is that my problem? Why should I constantly ask for extra? When we asked for bread, they added very little. Everything was limited; for example, the fig jam had only one fig, which we had to cut in half to eat. We got tired of constantly asking for more. Most of the water in the rooms smelled of mothballs. On our fourth day, with our group dwindling to three, we moved to a three-person room. The handwashing sink in the room was clogged, and the third bed was a child's bed; I couldn't sleep at all. The width of the bed was the same as mine. But I endured it for one day and didn't say anything because I'm not the hotel's maintenance manager; I'm not the one who should be following up and reporting these things. But apparently, the customers had to tell him, he couldn't have known, which was interesting. Meanwhile, whenever complaints were made, there was always an excuse, a response to everything. Or, as usual, Mr. Metin said, "We've never heard of anything like this before." Unfortunately, pleasantries and smiles don't cover up the flaws. And as I pointed out the problems on the other days of our stay, Mr. Metin's attitude changed. He started acting cold and giving rude answers, which was very upsetting; I just wanted the holiday to end. Instead of escaping work stress, I became even more stressed.
At least we would like to thank him for helping us with our luggage and trying to resolve the issues when we mentioned them.

A Perfect Bozcaada Experience!
We are very happy that we chose Lime Bozcaada Hotel for our Bozcaada holiday. The warmth and hospitality of the owner, Mr. Metin, made us feel right at home. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation with its cleanliness and spacious rooms with high ceilings. The traditional village breakfast served at the table was a very special touch for us and helped us start the day wonderfully. Mr. Metin's personal attention to his guests and his smiling response to all our requests truly showed how well he treated us. Thank you very much for everything, I wholeheartedly recommend Lime Bozcaada Hotel to anyone staying in Bozcaada. Rated 5/5 stars.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this place during our 3-night girls' trip to Bozcaada. The location is truly fantastic; we could reach all the popular sights on the island on foot. Even without a car, we had no difficulties. If you want to go to the famous beaches, they call taxis from in front of the hotel, making transportation safe and convenient. The prices are also quite reasonable for Bozcaada. The cleanliness and reliability of the hotel are truly excellent. The atmosphere is very friendly and peaceful. We were particularly impressed by the care the management showed their guests. For example, when we mentioned that we couldn't eat boiled eggs in the heat at breakfast, they hadn't forgotten this detail and had prepared a different alternative especially for us the next day. This was a truly thoughtful and elegant gesture. This is the only place I will choose again and again in Bozcaada. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

We chose this hotel randomly as we were only staying for one night, but we were incredibly pleased. The hotel is very centrally located, a 2-minute walk to Çiçek Patisserie and a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal. The rooms were spotlessly clean. My favorite detail about breakfast was that the plates weren't unnecessarily overcrowded, and the hot dishes were brought out one after another as they were cooked. If we ever come back to Bozcaada, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a wonderful stay.

The breakfast is nice, the staff is warm, but I didn't like the attitude of Ms. Filiz, she had a arrogant attitude and a negative energy, maybe she wasn't feeling well that day, but the attitudes as if she opened free accommodation to the public in the service sector are also really interesting. While you are very confident in your cleanliness, please also look under the beds, I accidentally dropped something on the floor and I noticed it while searching for what I dropped.

I have been in Turkey for about 3 weeks. Our intention was to rent a car with my wife and go from Istanbul to Izmir. Of course, I did not want to go without seeing Bozcaada. We have stayed in many hotels. But this is the only place I've ever stayed, and the only place I've ever felt safe. The environment is very warm and very clean, Metin's smiling face, sincerity, helpfulness and the breakfast I made with the delicious hands of Rafik lady was perfect. family environment. When I first went to Bozcaada with my wife, we were at Lime Hotel on 28.08.2021---30.08. We stayed for 2 nights between 2021. Everything was perfect without going into any detail, the only sentence to be written for us. The hospitality of Ms. Filiz and Mr. Metin makes you feel at home. The hotel is incredibly clean, the breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever had. The fact that the hotel is very central is a huge advantage. From now on, Bozcaada will be our first holiday destination and of course, Lime Hotel will always be our first choice. Thank you very much for everything.

The breakfasts are good, but don't expect classic open buffet breakfasts with various kinds of jam in Bozcaada, the options are more limited, but two different kinds of jam or hot varieties are served every day. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't look as clean to me as they looked from the outside. When I lifted the toilet seat, I got sick when I saw the yellow spots on the top. There should also be something like a night light, the light systems are very eye-catching, people need light light from time to time.
