Horrible experience. Overall, the hotel is lacking in quality in all possible aspects and is in need of a makeover. The entire hotel seems to lack cleanliness, quality, and maintenance.

We accidentally came across this hotel as we were looking for an overnight stay with kids, but ended up staying longer. It is a very nice location - in the middle of a bustling, but still peaceful area full of hotels, amazing emerald waters of Aegean right in front.
The hotel was full, but it was surprisingly peaceful, considering the number of children around and mini-aquapark right in front of my balcony. Rooms were spacious, clean and neatly decorated, good amenities, comfortable beds...
Personnel was very polite, especially Emir, who was extremely kind to act as an interpreter, as I don't speak Turkish.
Breakfasts were plentiful, and restaurant operating on the site offered options that my picky-eater kids liked.
Pools were clean, for people of different ages and swimming skills. Slides for younger children and entergainment area was also good.

Its very good located, elegant enviroment, clean rooms, friendly people, delicious food, easy to reach other places, it has own beach and towels. I think best hotel choise in this area.

There was no internet connection, no service or towels at the adult pool area. Breakfast was good, but overall restaurant service was poor. Rooms were kept clean but the water temperature in the shower was never consistent and drain was clogged.

It's a terrific hotel, but oh, why won't the wait staff ever greet the guests or smile? The rooms are good, the breakfast buffet excellent, but we take away poor memories of the staff

Great atmosphere, very clean rooms. All the staff was very kind, extremely helpful and positive. It was only a lady (possibly the manager) that seemed a bit tense and not so kind against hotels staff. I think she has a great team that deserves appreciation.
Foods are delicious but a bit overpriced.

The worse thing is restaurant part no prices are shown, no menu is available. We just ate kofte(meatballs) which was industrial
Made and was not tasty we paid 110 lira. It is highest ever price which i paid for kofte.

It is situated in a decent place in kadırga koyu. Initially It is a very children friendly place loaded with game machines.Rooms were well decorated. Staff were pleasantly attentive and helpful. As far as breakfast is concerned it was satisfactory.
