Loved it from start to finish. Quirky, retro hotel. Secure parking right outside the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a mini suite on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was great, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The icing on the cake was the extra mile the staff went, we had a tyre blow out soon after leaving the hotel, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, calling companies to come out to us and replace it, thank you

The staff at The Abies were very welcoming and friendly. Communication via messaging was great with quick replies and all quieries were answered.
The place is quite exceptional and somewhat quirky with its decor. You couldn't fault the cleanliness of the place -it was very clean. The location was good with restuarants and shops nearby. Some of the area around the hotel is not up to standard with lots of rubbish in places but the cleanliness of The Abies made up for it.
We liked it here that we added on an extra 2 nights. We can't comment on the breakfast because we never had it here. The property supplies plenty of towels and bottled water with tea and coffee. There is an electric jug, cups and glasses in the room.There was also a packet of biscuits in our room which were very welcome. I definitely recommend this property.

Kaldığımız en rahat otellerden biriydi. Çok temizdi ve çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı etmediğimiz için yorum yapamıyorum. Kahvaltı dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Hotelden, personel ile iletişimden, odanın temizliğinden ve konforundan çok memnun kaldık. Çanakkale'ye gidecek herkese gönül rahatlığıyla öneriyoruz. Sadece hotele ait bir otopark olmadığı için çok yakındaki bir otoparkı kullanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve maalesef otopark güvenlik açısından yeterli olsa da iletişim ve fiyatlandırma politikası olarak hiç güven vermiyor. Ancak bu dediklerimin hotelle direkt bir alakası yok elbette.

The sanitation is great! The hotel environment is very nice and the design is thoughtful. But outside the hotel is a rather dirty and messy parking lot. There is a bar next to the hotel that is noisy until midnight. The room is very small (even though I have booked a medium size) and the space is not enough to unfold two large suitcases.

The room looks new and modern but it's a bit too small if you have big luggage. Car parking costs 80 lira per day. Breakfast is normal nothing exceptional.
