The motel is dated, but the service has been beyond wonderful, and I absolutely loved listening to the waves crash against the beach. Note, someone does their prayers on a loud speaker for the town, but it's kinda pleasant to hear, not mad, but it did wake me up. It's just a custom that happens in this small town.

Nice motel near sea, with good view, calm & clean, has own parking. The owners are nice positive people. It's ok to have a meal in their restaurant or just to watch football

Best location and place to stay. Near stores, restaurants, beach and an amazing view. Staff is incredible helpful and goes above and beyond. Well spoken and provides great service. Great food, drinks and lounge area. Mustafa took real good care of us. The entire staff was great. It's always about service. Affordable prices, perfect rooms. Nothing fancy but your there to travel and not stay in the room.

Lower price and beautiful seaview

It's a wonderful location. But I don't understand why they would give me a room facing the back instead of the sea when it is off-season and no one is here.. But the room is very nice and comfortable..I went for a run along the water and then I was disappointed again when I wasn't allowed to go into the water.. They shower in the room was nice though. I have a hot water kettle in the room and the bed is comfortable.. After three months in Turkey this will be my final two days and I will leave back to the US. The taxi from here to the airport is reasonable and a fixed price of 250 lira. It's close to the water and the sea is beautiful... If you stay here ask for a room with a view of the sea when you check in. Considering the cost is twice what I paid everywhere else in Turkey, I think that would have been reasonable to expect. But anything this close to the airport is expensive so it's well worth it even without the view.

These guys are just fantastic. Mustafa (one of the staff and an excellent cook) really saved my life. Being tired and foolish I left my phone in the taxi, I thought it was gone for sure but Mustafa actually went and reviewed the cameras, got the plate number, called the municipal authority and got the drivers information, called him and he found the phone and drove it back to me. Nothing short of remarkable. The honesty and integrity wont be forgotten.

Now onto the property and the food. The location is awesome, close to the airport and an amazing view of the Black Sea. Arnavutkoy is exactly how you would imagine an ancient european fishing village to be. The culture, architecture and feeling of the area is great, not at all touristy and the people treat you just like another human being, not a mark like in Istanbul. Dont get me wrong Istanbul is amazing in its own way but I wouldnt stay there, stay here and take the 500 Lira (25 USD) taxi into the city to visit and sight see.

The food was authentic, tasty and well presented. The first night when Mustafa was busy fixing my mistake the owner invited me for dinner, drinks, fresh bread, it was just fantastic and if you can believe it when I tried to pay he refused to take any money. This speaks to the quality of the people here.

If you're looking for a spot to spend a layover or touristing in Turkey this is the place to stay.
