Blue Marine Hotel in Tuzla

hot water is not available, cleanliness is very poor, my room smells of dead rats, my breakfast is cold and not hot

Really bad hotel ... The renovation was going on and noise was intolerable.. Even after repeated requests staff was incorporative.. Service and breakfast was horrible Rooms are very very small .. Advice not to visit this place.. ........

Had to sleep without sheets. Multiple staff members were rude. Rooms were filthy beyond help and cleaning service was just lazy.

My worst hotel experience in Turkey. The hotel is in a overall state of disrepair and the cleanliness of the bathroom is poor at best. The beds need renewing, they are sagged through and full of grime.

Don't bother ordering food at the restaurant, by the time it areives it will be cold and you get chaeged a fair amount more than where they probably got it.

After breakfast I wanted to get something from my room before leaving. The key card didn't work. The nightreceptionist was fast asleep (At 0730). After waking him up 3 times he opened my door accompanied with a lot of cursing.

In three occasions the beds of my and my collegues room weren't made up and no linnen was there either. And last but not least the service is reluctant and sometimes even nonexistent.

If you want to save money, go the the Ibis around the corner. It will cost you the same.
