The room was clean, the location was good, close to the beach and the market. Frankly, it felt like home.

Very conveniently located - easy walking distance to the pedestrian area near the sea, a lot of restaurants in Pendik district. Very helping hotel staff, called a taxi to the airport for us. Normal taxi fare is about 500 turkish lira, the ride is about 15 minutes.

Late check in for an international transfer and room was ready for check in at 00.45 and was highly appreciated. All clean and above par and used Getir for food delivery direct to room door. Would recommend to all travellers. Thanks Guys!

This hotel is not too bad, it's just that the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking and the room furniture is worn out, but it's good that this hotel is close to the train station so it's easy to stay. Thank you

It has no advantages other than being a little bit closer to the airport. The interior facilities are not well maintained, unlike the photos. The room condition is not good compared to the price.

Overall, the hotel feels outdated and hasn’t been renovated in years. While it is budget-friendly, for just 10-20% more, you can find better options. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again if traveling alone. However, it could be a good option for families with children, as the rooms are spacious and more like an apartment. The location is convenient if you’re traveling by car, but there’s nothing within walking distance.

Friendly and nice staff very good service however incredibly outdated rooms. Looks dirty and unsafe of an earthquake. They need to renovate the rooms and the AC of our room was way too problematic and did not cool the room and it was making noise that kept me awake at night. Good location and have a parking lot.

We chose a hotel based on its location, closer to the airport. The location is not bad, there is a place to walk. The room is clean). The staff is quite friendly).
Of the minuses) Next to the hotel there is a restaurant for organizing weddings. Of the 3 days spent, two days there was loud music with the host.

The room I got was tired. I chose the cheapest room, it was located in a secluded street, nice and quiet. I didn't find the rooms very hygenic, there was also a nasty sewage smell. It is close to the sea, but very remote.
