Grand Lark Otel in Istanbul

Since we had a flight, we looked for a hotel in Pendik, Istanbul. Then we found the Grand Lark Hotel. The prices at the hotel and the prices on the internet were different. We were informed that we would make a reservation through the website we found. However, we completed the reservation through this site. but they did not accept our reservation. We contacted the site where we made reservations. I talked to the customer representative of the relevant website. He informed us that we would be placed in another hotel or that he would contact the Grand Lark Hotel. but they did not answer the phones for a long time. After we got away from the hotel, they called and informed us that we could stay at the hotel. the receptionist was rude and disinterested. When we left the room in the morning and went to make check-out, the receptionist was sleeping in the waiting area at the entrance. the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in a narrow street. There is generally no space in the parking lot.
