Worst Hotel, such a irresponsible staff.. They do having centralized air-con system, even 30 degree they use to keep heat mode in the rooms. If you’re looking for cheapest hotel with Headaches, worst experiences pls go ahead for booking.

We only checked into the third room shown. The rooms are cleaned daily, and we're very happy with the cleaning staff. When we asked about connecting to the internet at the service desk, it took half an hour for them to resolve the issue, as the standard access code using our passport number or room number wasn't working. I have mixed feelings about the hotel – it's very clean, but the reception staff isn't very efficient.

NAVONA is the best and most excellent hotel I have ever stayed. Hakan bey the general manager, Sevgi hanım the receptionist are real good professionals. All staff are very successful in customer relations. It is a hotel where you can always stay safely.

Your staff by being up to doing professional and kind with them, in faking my arrival departure. All requests were met promptly and thoroughly. The room was very clean, the views were great and the food was unbeatable. All health communications They gave me warmth. By the behavior of your employees who always welcomed me with a smile. Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items.

I really liked the location in every respect. The hotel is highly recommended.

You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The service attitude is super good. I will definitely stay here again next time I go on a business trip.
