We have stayed here 7 times, spring and autumn. Derya at the reception, nice, always meets us with a smile, provides very good service. The rooms are clean and nice. The furniture in the rooms is a bit old. We will come back, we like it here.

Clean, tidy, family-friendly, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Having a suite while being able to use everything in the resort is a huge plus.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom and 1-living-room apartment at Grengarsen Suites, with separate bathrooms, a lovely balcony, and even a private swimming pool. What’s great is that you can also use the facilities of the hotel next door — such as the pool — but food and drinks are not included. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a long stay. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Alanya, I would definitely choose it again if I needed a long-term place to stay. We stayed for one month and really enjoyed it!

We stayed at Green Garden Residence from May 24 to 31 in Alanya and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, location, and value for money, making it a solid choice for both families and couples. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with well-equipped kitchenettes — perfect for a longer stay or a more independent holiday. Everything was in excellent condition and contributed to a very comfortable experience. Facilities: The residence shares many of its facilities with the adjacent Green Garden Resort, including multiple pools, waterslides, a spa, fitness center, and more. There’s plenty to do on-site, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Food & Drink: Although the residence itself doesn’t have its own restaurant, guests can dine at the resort’s buffet and à la carte restaurants. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with fresh fruits, pastries, and local Turkish specialties to enjoy each morning. Location: The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach, with a designated beach area for guests. It’s also close to shops, markets, and restaurants. Alanya’s city center is easily reachable either by taxi or a pleasant walk along the coast. Service: The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Reception was quick to respond to any requests, and we really appreciated the warm and professional attitude of the entire team. Overall: Green Garden Residence is a fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday in Alanya. Whether you want to unwind by the pool, explore the city, or enjoy the beach, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d gladly return!

Best experience ever! The rooms are very clean, nice and spacious. Great children programs, good food and overall a great atmosphere. The hotel is very close to the beach . We will return there for sure! Thank you Green Garden Hotel for a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful hotel! The room was very comfy and clean! Food absolut perfection! Unfortunately the beach bar is not included in all-inclusive program which is sad but still amazing place to stáť!

The hotel is very nice, the staff is cheerful. The hotel is suitable for all ages. Especially the Ginger Spa service is great, the customer care staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, especially Ilknur and Perihan. Everyone should try the Spa services, it is a truly comfortable experience.

We had a great time at this hotel. Clean and cosy room, great service at reception and restaurant as well as at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast had local as well as international choices, variating from day to day, we all loved the breakfast and it's variety. Haven't been much to the entertainment program as we enjoyed being mostly on the beach during our stay. The beach is close to the hotel, lovely and clean. We also met five beach dogs living there. They sleep in the day time and can be met in the evenings. The dogs were adorable, my kids 5 and 10 loved petting and socializing with the dogs ❤️. I can not understand the negative critics about dogs. Pls bear in mind the dogs were there long time before you were, they live here and they are no danger. If you don't like dogs don't travel to a country with street dogs. We loved this place and will come back any time possible. Thanks to Green Garden Resort for an excellent vacation. A tip is also to go to the mountains and book one of the safari jeeps, it was great fun (thanks to Tripadvisor - check the trips you can do in this area)
