We really enjoyed our stay at Delfino. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and in a fantastic location. Everything you need is close by. A big thank you to Azad, who was incredibly helpful and always went out of her way to assist us. The cleaner also did an amazing job, not only keeping everything spotless but also leaving some really cute little decorations in the room, which was such a lovely touch.
One thing to keep in mind: while it says the hotel has a beach, the beach isn’t actually included. It has the same owner, but you still need to pay to use the sunbeds, which we found a bit strange and unexpected.
Since it’s an aparthotel, it would be great if they provided a few basics like dishwashing liquid, a sponge, salt, coffee, or tea. Small touches like that would really make a difference.

These lovely people do everything for you to make you feel at home. Everyone has a smile and always time for a chat. Very clean rooms and if something is missing, immediate action is taken. Will definitely go back. Greetings Lia and Olaf

Overall the apartment is not bad, close to the beach. Located on the central street of Alanya, a public transport stop is right next to the hotel. The hotel has a small pool and a very small children's pool (very small). There are no Russian speaking staff at all. The apartments are very sparsely equipped - for 4 people - 4 plates, 1 pot and 1 frying pan. Small refrigerator. The air conditioner is not adjustable. You can turn it on, you can turn it off. Something cannot be adjusted. There is no private beach. There is a beach near the Delfino restaurant (where employees from the hotel work) and there they charge 300 liras per person for a sun lounger per day. The cafe workers are also trying to reduce the width of the municipal (free beach), at the time of rest they left a maximum of 3 meters... Among the advantages is the location of the hotel - 150m to Cleopatra Beach, good pressure in the shower, and quite comfortable beds with very uncomfortable (flat) pillows).

Super-friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms, with a great view of the sea. You can reach the Cleopatra beach by 10 mins of walking.

A good hotel at first glance- but sunbeds on the beach +10€ towels +10€ throughout the hotel free drinks not even water- for everything you need to pay extra. Food as a normal dining room fish no mass no, (pasta chicken potatoes salad).

Nice hotel, lovely food we stayed half board. Friendly staff especially Ali, he couldn’t do enough for us. Beach was just outside the hotel! Lots of shopping and all open late. We recommended using the spa and having an hamam scrub. We recommend a boat trip it was all big fun! We will definitely be coming back to Turkey.

Hotel for every recommendation! With the newer operating system, you have a card with which you enter the room, the staff is very friendly and there is someone at your disposal at any time. It is very clean and tidy, the staff cleans your room every morning. The food is completely okay, but the selection is very small. Air conditioning in the room,tv,fridge, kettle.

had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ali Ates. and his service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I visited with my mother and we truly enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent - right by the beach and the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
