The Turkish bath experience was amazing. The sauna and steam bath were very relaxing and prepared my body perfectly for the full body massage. My first impression was perfect. When I arrive to hotel I met with mr. Nurulah. He was very kindly and friendly. When you go there you can meet directly with him. Small nice hotel in the city center. Its not new and maybe needs a renovation, but it's quite, clean and cozy, has all necessary facilities. First thing of note is the hotel is more modern than the pictures make it seem. So don't let that put you off from staying at this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. With it only being a few minute walk to the beach. While I was on the lower floors there is a good view of the coast from the uppers ones. Rested in 2014. It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. Cleaned up very clean. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

This is not our first time staying at MonArt City. As always the Staff, Food and accommodation were first class. Very clean and food plentiful. I cannot fault this Hotel. Big enough to cope small enough to care for

Very good hotel, tasty and diverse food and very helpful and responsive staff. Two swimming pools and lovely seaside across the street. Entertainment program in the evening is also nice. Not far from city center, taxis are always available, but it is also possible to walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value of money. Recommend!!

I really liked the food in the snack bar and the main food hall. The Hotel and my bedroom was clean. Staff are very nice and welcoming, they helped us out a lot when we needed directions or information. The games in the garden are very fun to play like Table Tennis and Darts, there was also a pool table The TV had mainly Turkish language channels and a handful of English speaking news channels.

A magical place and staff. Nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back here. Next year.

Because of the road there was a bit noise But the staff was friendly and respectful

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! So, first things first: 1. No Wi-Fi, 2. The restaurant isn't open, 3. The air conditioning only cools down, even though it's 5°C at night, so the room is cold and damp, 4. The bed linen and towels are very tired, 5. The TV is old, has a small screen, and only shows 6 channels, 6. The balcony door doesn't close, 7. The shower, or rather the shower head, is so...

This hotel is adequate, clean and the staff is responsive and very helpful. I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that. It’s not like they were overbooked. Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time...
