We stayed here for 15 nights, it's clean, the swimming pools are very good with slides, the kids enjoyed it , the staff were very good, the food was good, I will definitely come back here again 24/8/23. Quite normal hotel. Only thing was that they was trying to sell things to you even in the hotell as soon as you arrived. AC they wanted 85 euro for 7 days wich is a quite hefty price. We didnt have any bed linnings other than the lower cover when we checked in wich is quite not okay. The tattoo shop and the spa personell was on us quite fast and wanted to sell their services as soon as we arrived....

Mediocre The cleanliness of the rooms is good... However, I would say that the aqua among the hotel facilities is not turned on and since it is an apart hotel, there is a bit of a problem with the food issue but everything is ready, just heat it up and the prices are very high.....

This has got to be the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. On the junctions opposite a main hospital. Very noisy and didn't sleep much for the week we stayed. Not just myself but also my partner and son. Air conditioning was great in the bedroom (8 euro charge a night) well worth it to drown out the noise. No air con in living area. Safe was 4 euros a night. Beds were comfy.

Each year at least 3 times I bring a group of people to Turkey and always I choose to stay at Bella Rose Hotel, Alanya. It is all because their hospitality, service, and affordable price. The rooms need repair and cleaning. I had to clean everything again after moving in (the floors, kitchen, dishes were all stained and dusty). There are problems with the taps everywhere, they look terrible, they should be replaced. The location is quite nice however the hotel could benefit from some improvements in cleanliness. There was a noticeable cigarette smell in general areas. I stayed for 6 nights and room cleaning was provided upon request. Sound insulation could also be improved, as noise from other guests was sometimes noticeable especially at night.

The hotel has large rooms, a living room with a TV, sofa bed, and a kitchenette. There's also a bedroom. The cleaning lady was very friendly and came every day. We found the staff (reception and bar) unfriendly. We barely got to say hello. The pool was stone and freezing cold. We booked this hotel via Apollo. And the first impression was fine for the price. The hotel staff was the nicest and most understanding people’s on earth. The first room we got was the A/C broken. And with no discussion, we got another room instantly. The food here at the hotel was delecious and nothing to complain about! We had a nice holiday here at Lavinia.

The location, room and personnel were very good. We got two balconies and a guest room! But there was a problem with light in the bathroom.

I only stayed here one night but the room was fine and well matched to the price. It is a basic hotel but the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The reception staff were friendly and you could enter the hotel any time as we were given an electronic key fob.

This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend.
