Naturella Apart-Hotel in Kemer

Beautiful territory, tasty breakfast (but small choice), friendly staff (although they ordered a taxi for us for 25€ which actually costs 15€ tops - we found out on the way back). Our room had some canalization smell. We changed the room, but it didn’t help much. The balcony is pretty, but the balcony door as well as window were difficult to close properly. We had a studio room (with kitchen). It had small cooking stove and some random cookware. From my point of view good value for money, but there is a room for improvement

We had a really nice 2-week vacation ❤️ Breakfast was included, and everything was good except the machine coffee, which wasn’t so great. There were cheeses, fresh olives from the hotel’s garden, bread, homemade pastries, eggs, etc. Some of the apartments are already renovated. We stayed in an older one, and it was still perfectly fine. Our room had soap, shampoo, shower gel, a small fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, and all the staff were wonderful. Every time we had a problem, they helped us right away. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with olive trees, lime trees, and a beautiful garden. The pool area was also very nice, and there was always space since guests didn’t reserve the sunbeds in advance. One night, a kitten followed us back to Naturella, and the staff kindly gave it food and water ❤️ The location is also convenient – about 15 minutes to the beach and the night club. P.S. First of all you need to have right expectations from 2 star hotel. It looks cosy and clean, has it own charm, nice location, much better than many hotels in central part of Kemer. Huge amount of restaurants and shops 10-15 min walk.
They made renovation in one of two buildings, but we stayed in old one. Furniture and bathroom are worn out, but everything works ok. We really appreciated super comfortable mattress.
Hotel stuff is professional, they tried to do everything you asked about, always nice and friendly.
Breakfast was simple and tasty, every morning different homemade pastries.
We decided to move to another part of Kemer and leave the hotel earlier, so I asked to give money back and they did it. This is 💯 client oriented business.
The only thing we were not happy with is 15-18 min walk to the public or private beach (Google shows 18 min and it's true), definitely not 10 mins. Price for the worst sunbed on the private beach after 50% discount from the Naturella hotel was 250 liras per person. Everyone can decide if it is ok for them or no. Also there is absolutely stunning wild beach 30 min walk from the hotel 🥰(you will be forced to climb over stones).

We were made very welcome…food was good plentiful and varied.
Room and general environment clean and comfortable.

Cute rooms with a great view. Also, lovely flower smells all around the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

I took a small of pilates retreat, hotel allocates several areas for us to practice twice a day, provided music if we required, refreshment of cold water with fresh mint in it. They moved even some furnitures just to make us plenty to room to practice
They also catered for few of my vegetarian participants
Evening meals were al fresco , as we all preferred , tables were decorated with fresh flowers from their garden , no details were spared. It was a great time at Naturella 💕😊

We spent a lovely week at the Naturella Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were a few problems with the air-conditioning, but that was probably down to us pressing the wrong buttons on the remote! and was quickly fixed. The pool was kept beautifully clean and was a pleasure to use. The staff were always very helpful and were able to point us is in the right direction for interesting and reasonably priced excursions. I would definitely recommend.

I've booked my reservation one month ago. Actually' I liked the environment and the location of the hotel. As soon as I arrived the hotel I thought that what a decision I made. The hotel is quite luxury and the service and the behaviour of the staff is really high quality. I'd love to make and another reservation for the next year. I would like to mention about the owner, such a gorgeous and beautiful woman, her English is exteremely good and she is classy woman. You can make a holiday in this beautiful hotel and I assure you all people you are not going to regret. Enjoy!!

Pros:
Unusual hotel with great views on the garden and the town.
Numbers have balconies.
You can pick oranges, lemons and tangerines from trees.
Kind cook Marat, thanks him for his cheerfulness.

Cons:
There is no kettle in the standard room (stove and kettle are available in the apartment).
If you travel in season maybe loudly.
The hotel lacks a fresh renovation and good female hands.
In hotel's numbers Wi-Fi signal is very weakly.

Review:
If you are traveling out of season, you can rent cheap accommodation. Be prepared that this is a 2-star hotel, it is better to take a kettle or a boiler with you (for standard rooms).
