Bodensee Hotel in Antalya

My sister, parents, my husband and me spent our wonderful vacation in September.
The hotel has actually exceeded our expectations as the atmosphere was pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay thanks to a wonderful team - everyone was super nice from receptionist to the ladies who served breakfast and did cleaning. The next season they promise to return back with the new concept, so we hope to experience it one day after the renovation is over ☺️
In general, this is a great value for the money you pay, with the amazing location, pleasant breakfast with the tasty watermelon, strong WiFi, spotless cleaning and much more. What I personally dislike is cats and cigarettes smoke, but here you can't do anything it cause it is everywhere in Turkey.

We stayed there for 10 nights and it was amazing everything was just in walking distance less than 5 minutes walk from beach all amenities were walking distance the rooms were nice and clean the staff were nice and friendly happy to help net was fast 3 connections were allowed per room a bit of language barrier but not a problem will recommend to everyone a great hotel with easy access to all amenities

We would like to share our impressions of our stay at the hotel. We really liked the polite staff, even when there was a small misunderstanding during check-in, the problem was quickly resolved and the vacation wasnt spoiled. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of products for breakfast, which were attractive and fresh! The area where the hotel is located is quite quiet and nothing interfered with our rest. Everything you need for a comfortable rest is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, currency exchange and the sea. The room itself was cozy and clean. The hotel area is beautiful and nice. For three stars, it's a great hotel! There was even a case one evening, the hotel staff showed attention and treated us to a fruit platter! It was very valuable and nice! As one wise Eastern book says: "A generous person will prosper, And whoever waters others will be watered himself"

All in all, good quality at an affordable price. I don’t understand people who gave such low ratings, this is a 3 star hotel: if you pay for a Volkswagen, you shouldn’t expect a Lamborghini.

Pros:
- excellent location (a lot of restaurants nearby, the beach and the bus station are a few minutes away). I recommend Ada Restaurant for great food and Robert’s Coffee for drinks and good atmosphere.
- the rooms are very clean, the cleaning is done daily
- the room had air conditioning unit, a balcony and clothes line on the balcony. Not sure if this applies to all rooms.
- Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. A lot of people say this is a disadvantage, but this actually made me enjoy my holiday more. I was more present and less inclined to check my emails every 10 minutes. Also, if you need internet, I recommend Holafly esim (25 usd for 7 days unlimited internet), but it only works on one device and you cannot hotspot it to another device.
- Very nice personnel (the guys at the reception and the cleaning ladies were very welcoming and always willing to help)
- Good price for the rooms (I booked through travel agency, so maybe I paid less than on Booking 🤔) and also good prices for the water / soda
- You need to leave the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. At first, I thought this was annoying, but it was nice to have one less responsibility (taking care of the key and making sure you don’t lose it when you go to the beach). Probably they made this rule because people kept losing their keys. Also, all my belongings were safe, nothing got stolen.

Cons:
- The breakfast. I was not a fan, but I am a picky eater. It’s the same everyday, an egg, tomato, some meat, olives, jam, bread.
- Old furniture in rooms
- Sewage smell in bathroom

The hotel is located at the konyalti beach which is the happening place of Antalya. Its receptionist, Mr Hussain is a good person and he tries to help you even though he does not understand English. The room was small but nice and clean. Our only concern is that they provide the same breakfast daily. They should change the variety.

For a 3-star hotel, I was happy with my stay and had an amazing holiday
-great location, less than 5 minutes from the beach, plenty of restaurants and activities around
-simple rooms, nothing fancy, air conditioner, balcony, cleaned daily
-friendly staff, cheap cold water and soda
-breakfast is minimalist, and should be improved even if it gets more expensive, had it twice but becomes boring
This is an excellent value/price hotel, if you know what you are paying for, and you get what you paid for, is unquestionably a fair rating of 5

Good hotel , close to the beach , many shops and restaurants around good value of money, rooms not big and some without window , breakfast is not bad but the location of the hotel is the best.
