Location near every thing especially the public transportation
optimally located when arriving from the airport,
plenty of room amenities,
very local yet appetising breakfast every day,
professional yet kind staff all over
and a taxi in two minutes takes you to the mall for €4 (₺161 TRY) in five minutes,
from which the Mediterranean old town is a 5 minute walk.
10/10 would stay here again!
It was a very nice week long stay.
I had a chat with the hotel manager about this who is a lovely man and explained that unfortunately it’s a design flaw of the system.
Otherwise the many positives include:
- Flawless room keeping service
- Great breakfast
- Tidy, modern, clean rooms
- Blackout curtains
Another slight inconvenience is that no iron can be provided within the room so you are limited to the chargeable ironing service.
The worst part? The sheets in our room had visible blood stains. When I emailed the manager after our stay, hoping to at least receive an apology, I was shocked at the response. Not only did they say they couldn’t do anything, but they completely ignored the issue of the bloody mattress and instead accused us of lying. Images attached.
We also didn’t feel safe or comfortable approaching staff during our stay, as they were cold, dismissive, and unapproachable. They also fed us rotten food with extremely slow and poor customer service, workers who did not even know how to use a cash machine. It’s sad that the female manager does not take time to train them, obviously.
If you value honesty, hygiene, and basic hospitality- do not book this hotel. You deserve better.
