During our stay, we were downgraded to a smaller room without compensation as the images DID NOT match their room pictures. Instead of refunding the difference, the staff applied a small discount to our late checkout fee - which they later denied when I followed up. On top of that, the payment machine repeatedly failed with multiple cards. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff blamed our banks, even though one staff member admitted the machine was faulty. Weird behaviour.

The worst part? The sheets in our room had visible blood stains. When I emailed the manager after our stay, hoping to at least receive an apology, I was shocked at the response. Not only did they say they couldn’t do anything, but they completely ignored the issue of the bloody mattress and instead accused us of lying. Images attached.

We also didn’t feel safe or comfortable approaching staff during our stay, as they were cold, dismissive, and unapproachable. They also fed us rotten food with extremely slow and poor customer service, workers who did not even know how to use a cash machine. It’s sad that the female manager does not take time to train them, obviously.

If you value honesty, hygiene, and basic hospitality- do not book this hotel. You deserve better.

This hotel is definitely overpriced. It’s like a two start hotel charging the price of a four star. There was no portal to transport our luggages to our rooms. The room was small and the floor was dusty. The water flows below the door when we showered causing the entire toilet to be wet. They refused to give us extra floor mat when we called. Throughout the night, car noises from the highway could be heard and in the morning there were noises from the school beside and the mosque. The hotel is really run down.
