The hotel did not have a cafe as stated on the site it was clean to a standard bed and pillows were very uncomfortable even though I told them and it was never changed

I would never recommend a hotel that has staff who throw an ashtray at a cat and attack a woman. Terrible

This hotel was booked for us as part of a dental package. We were supposed to be in the one next door but that was full so were unfortunately here for a week. The actual room wasn’t bad at all. The cleaner kept it as clean as she could and she really worked hard so cannot fault the cleaners here. We were first given a room on the ground floor which had a broken lock on the door to the terrace ( if you can call a postage stamp walkway and 1 chair a terrace) Obviously we raised this as a security issue so they moved us to a room above. The hotel is not a hotel as they don’t serve food and there’s no bar. We had to go next door for the breakfast. The first thing that greets you as you come through reception is the smell of excrement, probably from a blocked drain or two! The view we had opened up to wasteland and a road. This was noisy with traffic, dogs barking and people shouting at night. I won’t be staying here again when I go back in May. If you get this hotel as part of your dental package, please complain because it’s not worth the money.
