In reality, it’s not even a proper hotel. It’s just a building being run by teenagers.
After paying for two nights upfront, I requested a refund for the second night the next day. However, he flatly refused and wasted my time with numerous excuses.
They are cheaters and don't recommend this hotel.
The hotel's maintenance was also subpar, with things falling over and broken fixtures in the bathroom. But the worst part was the appalling customer service. When we brought our concerns to the staff, they were unfriendly and unhelpful.
We had booked the hotel for two days, but the experience was so unbearable that we checked out after just one day. To add insult to injury, the hotel refused to refund our money for the unused day.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at the Grand Lavin Hotel Antalya. The combination of poor facilities, inadequate maintenance, and terrible customer service makes it a hotel to avoid.
