Horrible place! The room was disgusting, AC totally broken, we were almost passing out from the heat. Dirty, smelly, and absolutely not livable. We booked one night but couldn’t survive more than 2 hours. This place is a danger to health and should be shut down immediately.

We stayed in April with kids and we find the location just perfect. Everything is close: beach, many different types of restaurants, playgrounds, small shops, taxi, currency exchange, bus stops. The rooms and furniture are a bit old, but everything was in place and working. When we had any questions and issues, the reception staff was truly friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay!

40 degrees with bad non-working aircon
The apartment was very dirty and in bad shape. We were 5 but there were only 4 beds and a sofa (which were not meant for sleeping).
40 degrees heat and only one aircon working in one of the bedrooms.
No curtains in one of bedrooms with aircon not working and sound like washing machine.
No ventilation in bathroom and not even provided any toilet paper!
We arrived late night and no turned on aircon and no water in refrigerator.
We stayed at 4th floor - no elevator!!!
The area was okay and the pool usable.
I travel a lot and this place is by far the worst place I have stayed - I will not recommend to anyone.
No WIFI - we told staff and they didn’t even care.
After we left they asked us if we forgot any clothes in closed - it was some clothes that was already there when we checked in, so they didn’t even check/clean before we arrived!

We stayed in one of the apartments for three nights. The staff who welcomed us were very nice but the truth is that the place does not look like in the pictures at all. The pool was empty and the garden seemed to be abandoned. Also, the lights in the apartment were really cold and not cosy. Manage your expectations, it does not look like in the pictures.

Simply excellent. I’m from Australia and I stayed here for almost two months. It’s has everything one could wish for, cleanliness, service, staff and management, location, large living and bedroom. Air con in both the lounge and bedroom. Minutes to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful site.

Showerhead connection was leaking some water. Apartment floors were dirty and had only 4 pairs of slippers for 6 people, didnt ask extra ones, maybe they would have given. Apartment sofa was little over used to have best sleep.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants all around. Beach to swim nearby.

Is noicy area cause of all the functions around even in offseason
Value for money in offseason was excellent.

We like this chain of hotels: clean, good service and the best location, but this accommodation is terrible - Economy Studio Base: the basement is in poor condition.
Our recommendations to owners are to change old equipment (wash machine, electric kettle, shower cabin), to clean the drain - the water in the shower does not drain well, and to make some rebuilding, please.
P. S. We asked to change the kettle - after the second reminder they have done.
