Went to the spa to enjoy a 90 minute Massage. Found information online and then contacted for booking. Don’t be fooled… the prices were much lower online and suddenly their nice website they said was really old information. So what was published as 1000L ended up 2200L still in the range of neighbouring spas but not honest. Rushed through 5min in sauna and maybe 5-10 in steam then right to massage. Barely time to have a drink in the “relax” area. Pressure and treatment was excellent. This is the only reason I’m not giving lower rating. After days walking around I felt rejuvenated. However… the spa felt cramped and there were just sliding doors separating the whole hallway of massage tables. Many outside noises and people made the relaxing experience less than peaceful.

I truly fell in love with this wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — no matter what you ask at the reception, they take care of everything with genuine care. The breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day with joy.
I also enjoyed the spa many times — the massages and sauna are simply unforgettable, and the beauty therapists are true professionals who make you feel renewed. Every detail is thoughtfully cared for: the room is cleaned daily, tea and coffee supplies are always refreshed, and towels and bed linen are replaced every day.
Staying here felt not only comfortable but also heartwarming. Wisa Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it is a place where you feel cared for, welcomed, and at peace. I will cherish this experience forever 🥰🥰

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Nothing like the pictures whatsoever! Breakfast is served 8am-10pm but if you’re not there at 8 on the dot, everything will be stone cold. Most of the food you cannot even identify and is not edible. It never gets replenished. Not food any English person would eat. No sunbathing area. Pool is tiny and in the shade for the best part of the day. Everything in the room was either broken or wonky. Room floor was never cleaned the entire time we were here. Pillows are the most uncomfortable we have ever used and ended up buying our own whilst we were in Turkey. Also had to buy towels as the ones supplied just move water around and do not actually absorb anything. Tea/coffee never got replenished in the room, had to ask for it every single time. Couldn’t pay us to stay here ever again! Avoid like the plague if you do not want your trip ruined!

We stayed in this very friendly clean hotel . It was part of my dental plan / treatment and was able to bring a friend . Lovely size room with air conditioning . Pool was small but lovely and cool as it was 34c outside . Good various food for breakfast and nothing too much trouble for all the staff .Pleased with the standard of hygiene and would definitely stay again . Well done to u all the Staff 👌🏻

I have read different type of reviews but I can assure you this is a great hotel, everything is good and working. The Spa is very very great, the personel had treated me absolutely perfect offering drinks and making sure I was in need of nothing, everything was provided with a big smile and very friendly talk, I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the other personel.

Back in Paris, we are still under the spell and fully satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Wise. We received an exceptional welcome from Isabella and all her other colleagues, as well as from the ladies in charge of the rooms. Isabella was extremely helpful to us as guests. She is an exceptional person, always smiling and friendly, who helped us have a superb vacation. Many thanks also to the Wise General Manager and the Hotel Manager who were kind enough to look after us personally. Message to future guests: we highly recommend this remarkable hotel in every respect. We will definitely repeat the experience.
