Rixos Downtown - The Land Of Legends Access Hotel is a 5-star business-class hotel located in Antalya, built in 1990 and renovated in 2010. It consists of a single 9-story building with 360 rooms, 80% of which offer sea views. The hotel occupies a 44,000 m2 area and features a large green territory along with a private pebble beach located 300 meters away on the second line from the shore. Guests have access to six bars, multiple restaurants including a main panoramic restaurant and four a la carte venues, and a Starbucks coffee shop. Families will find extensive children's facilities such as an outdoor kids' pool, a club for ages 4-12, and animation in Russian. Aside from the outdated rooms, I believe the location and views are the best in the area. The hotel's three meals a day were the best I had during my half-month stay in Turkey.

An absolutely perfect stay – highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was truly flawless from start to finish. What made it so special was the wonderful combination of three key things:

First, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, which created a very positive atmosphere.

Second, the food was simply delicious. We were very impressed with the quality and taste.

And third, the location was ideal for exploring. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, and with bus stops located nearby, it was very convenient to get to any other point.

We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

A fantastic all-inclusive resort in a perfect city location — just a short commute from the city centre and the marina. One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland. Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much.

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach. The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy.

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary. Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay.

Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Rixos Downtown Antalya is a beautiful hotel with all the facilities you could possibly need. The location is stunning, the heated pool is a real highlight, and the surroundings are peaceful and green. The rooms are spotless and well cleaned every day, though they do feel a bit dated. Evening entertainment is enjoyable, the live bands are great, even if they tend to repeat the same songs. The fresh fruit juices are delicious, and most of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.

However, there are a few points for improvement. Before arriving, I asked several times about the golf facility and even received information about it, but unfortunately it turned out to be closed upon arrival, which was disappointing. Consistency in drinks could also be better, ordering the same cocktail or coffee can result in very different versions depending on the bar or staff member. The limited English spoken by some staff can make communication a bit tricky at times, and the food could use a slightly more European touch. Lastly, there are quite a few flies and the occasional smell of cat urine due to the number of stray cats in and around the hotel, something beyond the hotel’s control but worth mentioning.

Overall it’s a lovely place to stay with great facilities and atmosphere, just a few small details could make it truly perfect.

I would like to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service — the staff was always polite, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thank you for the cleanliness of the room: it was cleaned daily, everything was neat, fresh, and pleasant.
I especially want to highlight the work of the guest relations team — Karina, Sofia, and Timur. These people truly create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. Karina was always smiling and ready to help with any questions, Sofia was incredibly attentive and caring, and Timur was very professional and hospitable. Thanks to them, my stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable.
Thank you for the excellent service! I will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

The hotel's biggest and most prominent advantage is its location. It boasts a nice beach, a promenade nearby, a large green area, and the old town is within walking distance. The hotel itself is fine, but the rooms are both outdated and tired. Cleanliness is excellent, though (which is always a challenge in Turkish hotels, even 4- and 5-star ones). There are issues with outlets: to charge my phone, I had to move the bedside table. The only accessible outlets are for the kettle and in the bathroom. In today's reality, this is objectively insufficient.

We have previously stayed a rixos sungate and that was incredible however, this topped that for us. The room was outstanding, very clean and the fridges and snacks were always topped up. The food was exceptional, but it was a little repetitive and wouldve loved themed nights. The views were fantastic and the drinks were great. The location was great with nearby tram to get to old town but taxis were also easily accessible. The coach to the land of legends was a great addition but also free tickets! Incredible service, all staff are helpful and polite.
We will be back.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The Russian-speaking staff were always available and very helpful. The food was delicious. The rooms are a little dated, but it's not a deal-breaker. I would recommend this hotel.
