We are relaxing at Sera Hotel and are happy that we chose this place for our vacation. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by the service here — it is top level. The à la carte Bistro Royal was delicious and interesting. Special thanks to Ayşen and Rana for the excellent service. Cleanliness in the hotel is well maintained. Separate praise goes to Omar and Natali from the Guest Relations department, who have become dear friends to us, for their help and information. Thank you all! We will definitely come back.❤️

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty. Also, there is a number of options for those on various diets. What is more, the personnel of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help!

I recently returned from a stay at Club Hotel Sera and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We chose the hotel primarily for its location and the expectation of standard amenities one would assume any reputable hotel provides. However, upon arrival, we encountered a significant issue with the in-room air conditioning system. To our surprise, when we turned it on, it began heating the room instead of cooling it. When we raised the issue at the front desk, we were informed that the cooling system is disabled during the cooler months, a policy that was not mentioned in any of the hotel’s promotional materials. The justification provided was that older guests and children tend to feel cold, so only heating is available during this time. We were advised to open the windows to cool the room, but this proved ineffective.
The indoor temperature remained several degrees warmer than outside, which fluctuated between 25°C and 27°C. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, severely affecting our ability to rest. To make matters worse, a guest in the room beside us was smoking on their balcony, and the smell of smoke fill our room, further diminishing our comfort. When we requested a fan as a temporary solution, the hotel staff insisted we sign a waiver declaring that there were no issues with the hotel’s facilities. This felt coercive and entirely inappropriate. We declined to sign! And they did not provide us with a fan!
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a sleepless and uncomfortable ordeal due to the hotel's lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate basic guest needs. Being asked to sign a waiver just to receive a fan, after already being denied a functioning air conditioning system is simply unacceptable. The dismissive attitude toward guest comfort and the failure to disclose essential information in advance reflects poorly on the management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even the most basic standards of hospitality.

The entire experience was incredible, from beginning to end.
The animation team was what truly made my stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly and brought fun to each day with their imaginative activities, games, and nighttime performances. Joining the pool games and dance sessions was especially fun — it was impossible not to have a great time! One of the highlights of our stay at Club Hotel Sera was definitely the fun sports activities organized by the animation team. Playing boccia on the beach and joining the different sports like Pilates or aqua aerobic throughout the day brought so much joy and energy to our vacation.
A heartfelt thank you to Almina and Alissa from the animation team. Their incredible entertainment skills and vibrant spirit made our holiday even more enjoyable.We look forward to coming back to Club Hotel Sera.

We stayed at this hotel for my husband’s birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Everything about our stay was perfect the quality of service, the beautiful rooms in the Club building, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding.

We had a family vacation. We really like the hotel. We love everything about it. It's beautifully decorated. Everything is surrounded by greenery, with lots of different cafes. There are beautiful relaxation areas by the pool. We really enjoy dining al fresco accompanied by live music. The food is always varied. Fish, poultry, and meat, both grilled and prepared in various ways. There's a huge selection of salads, appetizers, fruits, and sweets. We love the entertainment, both for children and adults. The service staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There are always crisp white towels, robes, and bed linens. The fridge-bar is restocked daily. And what beautiful paths lead to the beach. A huge plus is that the hotel has its own beach. So, you don't have to go outside or cross the road to get to the beach. Everything is on site and within easy reach: a children's beach, an adult beach, and a beautiful pier.
I recommend the SERA Hotel to everyone. It's the coziest, most beautiful, and the best hotel. We will definitely come back here.

I'm writing this after just checking out of the hotel.
Room 1418 in the main building.
Room: large, in a "count's" style. In reality, it's tired, very dusty, and most importantly, there's a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. Objectively, the rooms require a thorough cleaning and renovation.
Hotel: large grounds, uniquely designed, with plenty of photo opportunities. Bars, restaurants, swimming pools, including one with sea water.
We were amazed, taking photos, and exploring. Lots of flowers, vegetation, and all sorts of nice touches. It's clear they've been put together with love.
Beach: the hotel has its own, small pebbles. The sea is dirty and littered with trash. We didn't swim, but swapped our time for the sea water pool.
Food: quite mediocre, yes, you won't go hungry, but nothing special. The cocktails in the bars are quite good, both in terms of variety and taste.
There are flies and mosquitoes. Many hotels successfully eliminate them, and you don't even think about them during your vacation.
Public transportation, cafes, and shops are very close by—convenient.
Bottom line: we spent three days there—an interesting experience, memorable, beautiful photos. Would we like to return? Only if for two or three days.
We wish the hotel prosperity and good guests! We highly recommend spending money on a deep cleaning, replacing handles, shower heads, etc.
