All the staff are super friendly. From reception to the breakfast staff to the the room service staff. professional and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble.
Special mention for gentleman on reception and Bex cafe guys. Always smiling and chatty and courteous.
Location is perfect. Close to all the main attractions and a 4 minute walk to Mark Antalya mall.
Will visit again.

The receptionists Burhan and NourAllah are two amazing staff. They both have beautiful smiles are very welcoming and will try to answer your question in the best way possible 😊
I seriously regret booking this hotel. The reception manager, Nurullah, was the most unhelpful and careless staff member I’ve ever encountered.
We were given the wrong room — two single beds instead of a double — and despite complaining multiple times, he kept saying “come tomorrow,” promising a change that never happened. Zero professionalism and no effort to fix the issue.
Even worse, the cleaner on the 6th floor knocked on our door around 8 AM every single morning, waking us up for no reason and running away. I kindly asked her to stop the first day, but she continued doing it.
One morning, we even got a call at 8:30 AM trying to sell us tours we never requested. This hotel simply doesn’t let you rest.
There’s no privacy, constant disturbance, and management that doesn’t care about guests at all.
The night receptionist with glasses was polite and professional, great guy.
Also, the girl with curly hair in the coffee shop was very kind and deserves a positive mention.
Good location — Everything else, especially Nurullah’s attitude and the cleaner’s behavior, completely ruined our stay. Definitely not recommended.
The highlight of the hotel was the large pool which was great and never too busy during our stay.
The breakfast selection was large but some items felt like they were cooked on the night before and there were not much variation from day to day. The omelet was very tasty but is not served during the beginning of breakfast.
The renovated rooms are reasonably modern, but with most hotels in Turkey, the materials are of low standards so its not built to last. The bed while on the firmer side was still comfortable.
On the downside the noise insulation is poor. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the neighbours TV as if it was in our room. On our second stay we had an issue with cigarette smoke coming into the room via the A/C. The hotels solution was to provide us with a air purifier for 30 minutes. It did not solve the problem and we smelt smoke on / off during the night.
The smoke issue was brought up a decade ago but has not been dealt with it seems.
Overall: 3 stars for the pool, location and breakfast.
The room was lovely and also had a balcony.
Breakfast was really good and had great selection for breakfast.
We stayed at in one of the suite rooms and it was better then expected😊
The only thing I could say was that the shower could have been better as it was in a bath and was hard enough to get over

They don’t bring water when then clean the room and when u ask them to bring they say we have provided. Even when u ask to get water and pay they said room service closed now (11:30 pm) are you hotel or mini market?
I had a case with my family in the lift, suddenly stopped and we stayed more than 10 minutes no one came to help, at the end i have opened the door using my hands and get out with my family while the lift room is half meter below the ground which cause risk on me and my family.
It is the first and last time in this hotel
