This is a good, affordable hotel, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the sea. There are several shops and cafes nearby, and it's situated on a quiet street. The room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, and had reliable hot water. The staff were extremely friendly.

The room wasn't what it looked like; the bed was dirty and the blankets weren't in the best condition. The bathroom was also disgusting. I would only recommend it for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night.

Hotel was totally ok. Could have been cleaner. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and after telling that the bedsheet wasn't clean, he directly gave us a new packaged one. It may be tolerable for a single night, but the noise from the upstairs unit is extremely disruptive, to the point that it feels like an earthquake, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Not very clean rooms and a very noisy location, couldn’t sleep all night.

How should I put it? It can only be used as a place to sleep before catching a flight. The hygiene is not very good. But at just over 300 yuan, you can't ask for too much. Overall, it's okay, suitable for staying for one night before taking an early flight the next day.

We booked a total of three nights. On the first night, we were assigned a room on the basement floor. As soon as we opened the door, we could smell the stench of the toilet drain pipe. The shower head was broken, so we had to close the toilet door all night, otherwise the stench would make it difficult to fall asleep. Very good breakfast. Location is right in center of the old town. Thanks to Ahmet, Alper, Arzu and Olga. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout. Only negative I can say is that there's little noise insulation and it sounded like my neighbour upstairs was dancing at 3am!

We loved our stay here! The owner was wonderful and kind and always checking that we had all we needed. The superior apartment was exactly as pictured with a great bed, fast wifi, hot showers and a kitchen to cook some of our own meals. Breakfast was a nice bonus and had a few different dishes each of the four days we stayed. We are happy to recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Everything is convenient, cozy. We came with a large family, everyone was comfortable. A wonderful hotel with a wonderfully hospitable owner. We'll definitely stay again next time. The only downside is that there's no way to call a taxi to the hotel, but everything is close by, so a 5-minute walk wasn't difficult. The surrounding area is very beautiful, and there's a shopping mall nearby.

This hotel was in a great location in the Kaleici district. The restaurants on the street in front were bustling at night. The facilities were relatively old, but I guess that's understandable considering the location and price.

The location is perfect. All the main sights of the old town are within a 5-minute walk. The windows overlook a small bar street, but that didn't bother us. We slept soundly with the kids.

Accommodation is good. But cleaning supplies and hoover left on stairs, it could be hidden in dark room.

Overall it was a great place, it had everything you need, in my place, I had 3 bedrooms, a couch, TV, Dishwasher, Kitchen, microwave and more. A great place to be while in vacation, but the water pressure was horrible. Other than that, I would recommend you to come here.

The Greenwood Hotel was generally good overall, as was its staff. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cocktails weren't particularly good. More dessert options would have been appreciated. The furniture in the room was quite worn. The bath towels had holes. Cleanliness in some areas left something to be desired. It's a solid 3.5/5. Overall, decent for a short family stay.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

we spent 5 days in the hotel as a family will g two young daughters. the location is excellent close to the malls, supermarkets, old city, bazaar.
