Nice place! Very close to the sea, many cafe and restaurant around. There is all you need for cooking in the room. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent location, right on Konyaalti Beach, perfect for walking along the beautiful promenade. Despite the relatively reasonable price, we unfortunately found some flaws in the amenities (the sheets were missing; the single bed was actually a very uncomfortable sofa... towels and toilet paper were missing), and cleaning, including linen change, was only provided once a day and upon request.

We stayed for one night. We had a late flight, landing at 10:30 PM, but check-in was smooth around 11 PM. We'd booked a room for four, advertised with a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa wasn't a pull-out, so we had to move an ottoman next to it to make room for two. The air conditioning unit gave off an unpleasant smell. The main advantage of this accommodation is its proximity to the sea; it's very close, especially if you walk through the park. What was lacking for convenience: there were no cleaning supplies, not even a basic broom or mop to sweep up small messes. Also, there's no bath mat in the bathroom, and since the shower and toilet are combined, water tends to splash everywhere.

Fine stay for this price. Clean apartment. Comfy bed. Good window view. Best location. Tasty breakfast. But the bathroom needs to be fixed: the cabin doesn't close well so the water flows all over the bathroom floor. The lamp glass above the tv was broken as well.

Massive apartment A short stay before moving onto a resort. Apartment is massive over two floors. Three large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin). Large kitchen, 3 bathroom, a balcony and a roof terrace. Apartment is modern and clean. Supermarkets close by but quite a distance from attractions.

just come back from a 15 night stay, had a great time, fantastic pool area, garden area, get the sun all day, 24 hour reception, 30 mins walk to beach, 3 supermarkets within 200 yards, you have washing machine dishwasher iron and board, no cleaner but you have everything you need, only negative there was no safety deposit boxes

First, the pros: a really nice modern interior, obviously quite a fresh renovation. Kitchen, washing machine, lots of cabinets. Did not live up to expectations. This place is an apartment hotel, but there are also standard rooms. We stayed in a standard room. Great apartment in centre of everything

I loved the stay. It had a great vibe, down to earth in just the right way. Staff were helpful and courteous. The only downfall was the cold showers at the beginning, but the staff got a repair man in there to fix the problem, so it was a non issue.

Spacious apartment with air-conditioning! We paid a little extra for balcony but we received a balcony on the ground floor with view of unkempt backyard full of weeds. It was difficult to get taxis or walk to public transport from this location, in the heat. We would end up walking at least 7 min on cobbly narrow road in very hot weather to get anywhere.
