Pros: economic, close to beach, some food 7/10, some English speaking staff, most of the facilities work just fine, rooms with sufficient size

Cons: some rude staff, most do not know english, hours of food serving is so narrow, very limited drinks, location( so far from Kemer and Antalya city center), sheets was not clean enough 7/10, place is covered in dust but not filthy, some items like Iron are or Ironing service are not available,some facilities like hair dryer are not available in every room, pretty noisy rooms by the pool at day light, no nightlife activity at all. Bring your own toothbrush and vanity kit. The inside room safe is not free, mini bar empty

It wasn't what I expected, it was meant to inclusive. The ĺady who runs it is very fierce, who was not above scolding guests for what she saw as indiscretions, like I did when I entered the foyer from outside without washing the street dust off my shoes. The food was eatable, just, the hotel seems to be run on a tight budget, which reflects in the facilities offered, however one gets what one pays for in holiday price. One good aspect was Turan, the guy on reception, who appears to do his best for the guests and the hotel.

Must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Food was awful,. watched the lady owner recycle food off peoples plates & put it back in the buffet. Dirty hotel with poor facilities. No one had a good word to say about it. 1 star at best no liquid refreshment in your room. No kettle but you have a fridge you can buy things for. This is a all inclusive hotel

Not all inclusive, breakfast 1hr slot ( far too early) lunch & dinner duration 1hr also. What's not eaten at breakfast or lunch, is reused for dinner. Alcohol is chargeable, hot drinks only available during meal times. For me the food was not great, I ate out every day. No iron available, no water, kettle, dryer in the rooms. The rooms are not modern, basic and clean. Paint peeling, mould in bathroom, do what's needed in the bathroom and get out. In my opinion, there was only one staff that has been pleasant throughout the week and that was the gentleman on reception. The elderly lady was rude and offensive, kept implying we would damge her sun lounger and chairs in the lounge because of our weight. We weren't even the biggest people in the hotel! But we were the only ones of colour. The shops near by are OK, beautiful beach in Antalya, Wild Beach Büyük Çaltıcak. Pay a £1 entrance fee and enjoy the sea! The old town in Antalya is also a great place to visit, lots to see. I would NOT return to this hotel or area, I am not used to this type of limited all inclusive service. I much prefer Marmaris or Alanya.

We checked in at 3am and checked out at 11am it was advertised as an all-inclusive with a mini bar I was aware there was no alcohol included but when we arrived at 3am there was not even water the room was dirty and the shower was covered in green mildew. There was an old empty fridge which was not plugged in. Only one socket in the room between the pillows no blanket and dirty uncomfortable bed I would nit recommend. 3 other guests were checking out when we left

Cold water in a morning, service terrible, beds very old and bad, room cleaning every 3days, breakfast very limited, avoid Loveholidays sold it as 4* all inclusive, it turned out it’s 3* , when I asked loveholiday to solve this, they told me they can’t help me, that we have same conversation in circles, I am very disappointed by loveholidays, they let me down

Absolutely awful. Booked all inclusive, bar closes 8.30pm. Coffee machine on ground floor hardly ever working. On arrival no bedding, no towels, no bathmat. Put into a room on top floor, no lift. 53 steps many times a day. Final stairs to room was a an iron type fire escape. Whilst there 3 families checked out to go elsewhere. Had to to dine out every night to find food and drinks, yet it's supposed to be all inclusive. Avoid.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this time I felt it necessary to help save someone else’s holiday. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Positive reviews are staged. The hotel is a disgrace, and the manager is a joke. Trust me, just stay away. The hotel is advertised as 4-star on LoveHolidays, but they have let us down by not caring enough to offer a hotel change or any solution. As other reviews suggest, the food is extremely basic—no fried eggs, and both dinner and lunch offer only one type of meat (not even meat chunks). The water slide has been broken since we arrived. The female manager has been scolding us for various reasons, like not walking barefoot because of some sand and not leaning on the table because it might break (I’m not kidding). The lights in the restaurant weren’t working above our table, and instead of fixing it, the manager told us to change tables. The view from the balcony is awful, with construction and old mattresses. The hotel is not accessible for strollers. The food is poor, and the “all-inclusive” includes only three meals a day, with no snacks for six hours in between. The bar offers only juice—no beer, wine, or any other alcoholic beverages. I’ve never seen an all-inclusive hotel that doesn’t at least offer the cheapest wine or beer. They only provide soft drinks. I could go on, but I hope you’ve already made your conclusion. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I wouldn’t come back here even if it were half the price I paid. I also want to add that LoveHolidays, the agency we booked with, has let us down on this occasion as well. We reached out to them multiple times, only to be told that they’ve contacted the provider. Poor service from LoveHolidays after many years of using this agency

Worse holiday ever love holidays should be ashamed for false advertising spose to be all inclusive No alcohol No snacks limited choice of food if you can call it food staircase with out lighting... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY don't trust love holidays
