We had a room with a mountain view that gave us peace and serenity, and had no complaints about the room.
However, Monna Roza's all inclusive deal for breakfast, lunch and dinner was not worth the money we spent on this room. And we only spent two nights.
I don't understand how food can be cooked, be kept in metal containers to be placed in what I guess could be bain maries, and be served cold.
The servers have no cares about smoking cigarettes in public view while preparing the food.
The coffee machines that lists the options of cappuccino, latte, choco milk, only gives espresso.
The boiler that gives hot water, well there are no tea bags, and who-knows-what at the bottom of the cup.
We complained the second night (after skipping lunch) as we simply couldn't eat the food.
The manager's solution in the restaurant, to call the kitchen to heat some tomato sauce that is for the pasta....however the pasta, along with everything else, is cold.
We asked for another solution. Their answers:
"We can heat some food and send it to your room/we can fry a fish for you/the machines that keep the food hot are broken/we have 200 guests here, and nobody else has complained"
...read the reviews here maybe. Or listen to the other guest who overheard us and told the manager she agreed with us.
We asked for a partial refund....we got sent some fruit on a plate to our room.
Only a few people , especially the security guy, was good and helpful.
