Seriously .for me I'm coming from Algeria to this nice hotel four star not bad it's amazing staff serious kind best one. I advice people to come and don't be sad about this hotel. The room super clean swimming pools so cute the staff manager is cool wherever every one make his work in this hotel 24 July 2022

I was there about one month ago. It was awful. When we reached they forced us to wait and prove we paid its cost (we reserved by Turkish website). Elevator wasn't working for one day. Pool was crowded, foods were limited. If u don't be soon, u will miss main food and they offer u only nugget or pastas. Fruit isn't washed carefully. I never coma back there

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, but a mountain view from our room was definitely for 7 stars like ✨, more then that wish to say big thank you again animator who invented as to play water polo , really make our day , be happy, be involved 😊 also big thank you guys who worked on reception, helped a lot specially with transfer to airport Antalia 😊 good price, luxury transfer 😊, only one thing can say about food...very poor, but for that price u don't have to expecting Michelin star. Rooms very clean, air-conditioned.
If you filled bored in hotel and sea 🌊 side, just don't hesitate, take excursions, lots to see and to do around 😉.

If you enjoy eating cold food served on dirty plates with the taste of your server's cigarettes, then this is the perfect, all inclusive hotel for you.
We had a room with a mountain view that gave us peace and serenity, and had no complaints about the room.
However, Monna Roza's all inclusive deal for breakfast, lunch and dinner was not worth the money we spent on this room. And we only spent two nights.
I don't understand how food can be cooked, be kept in metal containers to be placed in what I guess could be bain maries, and be served cold.
The servers have no cares about smoking cigarettes in public view while preparing the food.
The coffee machines that lists the options of cappuccino, latte, choco milk, only gives espresso.
The boiler that gives hot water, well there are no tea bags, and who-knows-what at the bottom of the cup.
We complained the second night (after skipping lunch) as we simply couldn't eat the food.
The manager's solution in the restaurant, to call the kitchen to heat some tomato sauce that is for the pasta....however the pasta, along with everything else, is cold.
We asked for another solution. Their answers:
"We can heat some food and send it to your room/we can fry a fish for you/the machines that keep the food hot are broken/we have 200 guests here, and nobody else has complained"
...read the reviews here maybe. Or listen to the other guest who overheard us and told the manager she agreed with us.

We asked for a partial refund....we got sent some fruit on a plate to our room.

I'm disappointed about Mona Roza Beach Hotel. The hotel is quite dirty, there were flies in the hotel restaurant. There were insects and flies in foods at many times. Sheets and towels weren't washed well and they were dirty. Drinks are very poor quality, especially alcohol drinks. Fanta and Sprite aren't provided. Foods are very inadequate for guests. All foods have finished in the short time at dinner and lunch time. You can go hungry if you don't go to the hotel restaurant in about 15 minutes as from starting of dinner and lunch time. The hotel staff were rude except Mr. Tolgahan. I'll never go to this hotel again, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away.
