The hotel is excellent. The grounds are beautiful, very green. The entertainment is excellent. There are always different programs and live music. They organize children's parties and various sporting events throughout the day. There is a water park. The slides are excellent. The food is varied.

I highly recommend this excellent hotel. The food and service are top-notch... the hotel itself, in the mountains, has a wonderful view. A special thank you to the entertainment staff. It's always interesting and fun, especially to Artur. He's very open, pleasant, and cheerful! Azad, thank you so much for your help. You listened to our request, and thanks to you, we were able to relax in a family room. Thank you so much again. Our family is very grateful. It's a pleasure talking to you. Crystal Flora has the best staff. We were pleasantly impressed with the quality of service and communication. The place is absolutely beautiful, with stunning natural surroundings and cozy cottages with clean, modern rooms. They also always surprise you if you're planning a special occasion. We had even more positive emotions than we expected! We want to come back. ❤️🌴

We vacationed with my family (two adults and a child) for eight days. The hotel grounds are spacious and well-maintained. Dining is literally available 24/7. The beach has large pebbles in some places, but there's also sand. The entertainment is good, and everyone is very active. There are evening shows, live music, and dancing. My husband enjoyed shooting. I went to yoga with Ksenia. Even my daughter enjoyed going every morning. Thanks to all the hotel staff (the waiters clearly put in the effort).

Good hotel

Very good room with view, comfy bed, very good beach bar. Beach area a bit crowded, beach restaurant- good but choice for lunch could be better, excellent entertainment for kids, spa centre need to be bigger for amount of guest , good all inclusive dinner in main restaurant

My stay at Crystal Hotels was wonderful! The hotel is clean, stylish, and perfectly located. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and delicious. The pool and spa area are great for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.
