Blue & White Hotel in Cirali

We had a vacation in the hotel with a group of 8 people for a week. The place is beautiful. But we will not return to this hotel again, because the owners turned out to be dishonest people. During the ordering process, they changed the price to a higher one, because they remembered that they had some holidays. And on the last day, we were asked to pay a thousand euros more for rooms that we did not take, because they expected that we would take more, but we were not warned about this before check-in. There was a very unpleasant quarrel, as a result of which we paid extra 450 euros to leave and get a transfer.
It is a pity that such a beautiful place is managed by such dishonest and unserviceable people.

So:
The beach in Cirali is incredible.
Breakfasts were really tasty.
The garden in the hotel is wonderful.

But: there were ants in the rooms and in the bed. Service, communication with the client is terrible and there is no respect for the guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the sea, shops, cafes. A nice beach with sun beds and umbrellas, where is less people than on the central beach. The bungalow is small, cozy and clean enough, but be prepared for ants in the room, you can bring them home in your luggage...

Disgusting attitude towards guests - when checking in, no one tries to show hospitality, with equal vacant houses, you can arrive first and check in last, simply because you are assigned another room. Sit and wait. I had to wait 4 hours in the heat with loud screaming cicadas after a sleepless night on the plane, I was the last to go to my room that day.

Never agree to the transfer that the hotel offers. I paid for a comfortable car transfer from the airport, but he was 20 minutes late, which is unpleasant, but you can survive.

And with the transfer to the airport, it's even worse - the car was half an hour late, instead of a paid comfortable car, a tiny awful car arrived. No one returned my money for the difference in service, no one apologized, no one called to warn me that something had happened! I just was sitting and waiting for the transfer alone from 5:30 am to 6 am without understanding what was going on, whether at least someone would arrive and whether I would have time to get to the airport at all (at the same time they try to lie to me that the car broke down on the way and they urgently sent another one, but they did not meet the broken cars on the side of the road).

The result is that instead of a calm morning with all the pre-flight procedures and breakfast, I just stood in queues at the airport all morning and ran somewhere.

Many thanks to the hotel for such service. Very pleasant... I will never come back here and will not recommend it to anyone, guests are not respected here.
