We stayed at Ma Biche Kemer for 7 nights (April 6–13) and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff made our stay comfortable. A special thank you goes to Mika and Mila for their help, as well as the bellboy who assisted with our luggage. We also want to mention the very friendly Fram team (Serge) and the bartender Mirac, who made us delicious cocktails and mocktails. Most of the staff are incredibly hardworking and welcoming. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and seeing the beautiful animals roaming around was very relaxing. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring doors—the "beeping" sound every time a door opens or closes is quite noticeable. At one point, the door to the next room malfunctioned, which was noisy and annoying, but Mika from the reception resolved the issue very quickly. Highly recommended for the service and atmosphere!

The best thing about the hotel is, of course, the buffet. The selection is very large for a budget five-star hotel. They always have fish for dinner. The quality is decent. It's always a little undersalted and underseasoned, but there are plenty of seasonings and sauces on hand. The alcohol selection is also pretty decent, although I'm no expert. There's Tuborg beer, red and white wine, gin, vodka, and rum. The pastries are an acquired taste; they're a bit too sweet for me, but there's plenty of them. There are lots of different salads. Fruit: bananas, plums, grapes, pears, apples, persimmons, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, and sometimes watermelon. There are plenty of meats for lunch and dinner: turkey, chicken, beef, and lamb. Breakfast has a wide variety of cheeses. Overall, the food is excellent.
Rooms: a bit worse; the minibar was restocked on the second day of my stay with beer, soda, and mineral water. The bathroom has one washcloth for every two people, and there's no toothpaste or toothbrushes. There's a bathtub, but no robes. Overall, the room is a four.

Great food, very good service! Rooms very old and worn! Carpets in the hallway absolutely filthy! But food and drinks as well as the hotel grounds were superb.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, Food was spot on,plenty of choices. Huseyin was a fantastic member of the restaurant staff, always on hand to help. I would return to this hotel anytime

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a beautiful sea view. The food was excellent, varied, and of very high quality. The service was beyond expectations — the staff were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, with clean and cozy beds. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel! Special thanks to the wonderful restaurant team for the lovely dinner, especially Tufan and the kind lady whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Mila, the Guest Relations Manager, and Sibel, the Front Office Manager, for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

Great property value to money, service is amazing food quality and variety are super,very friendly staff responsive smiley and anticipated, super clean room and public areas, housekeeping service excellent. thank you for Mila guest relations manager and Sybel Hanim FOM, Tofan from the restaurant team and a la cart restaurant manager they were great. Will back again for sure as we had a great time.

We arrived around midnight and were happy to find out there was a night restaurant, it was great! We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the resort. Having the sea right there with the jetty was wonderful. We used 2 of the 3 pools; they were extremely cold but beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the gardens and surroundings were really well looked after. We loved seeing the many cats, birds, and rabbits roaming around. The food in all the areas was really good. Only 2 negative things to mention: I was practically yelled at by one woman over the pool towels. My husband had picked up and dropped off the towels earlier, and later in the day I went to collect 2 more, not realizing this wasn’t allowed. Even though I apologized, she was really rude, which shocked me. Also, the music by the big pool was very loud and always the same style every day, it drove my husband crazy since he really dislikes that kind of music. Some parts of the hotel showed signs of aging, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful holiday, the hotel was lovely and clean. Food and drink available pretty much all day and night, you did not want for anything. The animation team were great and we really enjoyed doing the activities. The spa was amazing and the massage I had was so relaxing. The evening entertainment was good and the whole hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were amazing and everyone was so helpful, would like to say a special thank you to the hostesses Nisa and Cagla, the waiters Sinan and Yilmaz and to Mahmut and Nuri for looking after me so well with my gluten allergy, nothing was too much trouble and all the food was prepared superbly and I was very spoilt. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. Room very tired, bathroom shabby, in need of update. Hotel catered predominantly for Russian guests, food especially! Food was very repetitive, more or less same lunch/dinner, day on day out. Several members of staff had little or no understanding of English, which as front of house is not good! Waiters quite rude and unfriendly. Positive points were great pool, and beach. But wouldn't recommend to UK citizens.
