Rizom Beach Hotel in Finike

Terrible service from some of the staff - no WiFi, not islamic surroundings as music is constant and staff are obsessed with taking people's phones!! TO NOTE: THIS RESORT WAS NAMED 'KEKOVA DELUXE HOTEL' due to negative reviews they changed the name of the hotel so that the public wouldn't know!!! You have been warned. There are some nice staff here but those with authority in this hotel are incompetent. Dirty rooms exposed electrical wires and alsorts.

Unfortunately the haraam unislamic entertainment and horrific loud blaring music ruined my stay at Rizom, that and the staffs obsession with residents phones was absolutely diabolical especially when the staff were using phones around the female pool which was completely unacceptable. I also noticed my bed linen was only changed once in 11 nights which was deplorable. The toilet was filthy on arrival I cleaned it myself then had to request bleach. Note : the staff constantly say they don't speak English. In myroomthere was exposed wires in the bathroom and bedroom. I raised several complaints but heard nothing back.

I am very sorry the staff which are doing normally a great job - but we understand that the Rizom should be a family hotel what means that it is unacceptable that they play music with are not really child friendly (you can check yourself in the internet French Montana - “wiggle it” for example) we talked many times to the management and the guys who are responsible for it - but they do not want to listen. Also other families are very unhappy with that.
