The Hotel is new and yes there are a few teething problems but overall the stay was brilliant. The issues raised were dealt with quickly. My wife and I had our anniversary and the staff made it a memorable evening. Food could be more varied especially the meats on offer more lamb dishes on the menu please. We came here with my brother and this is the best vacation we have had together. From the restaurant to animation, everything is perfect. The rooms are modern and clean. Foods are delicious and the animation shows are so enjoyable. We will definitely come here again.

The hotel was the biggest surprise we experienced after regularly wisiting Turkey for many years. It is unbelievably clean, the staff is really friendly and helpfull and the rooms are just enough. I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. The hotel was mainly with german, polish and russian people, but we were the only albanian people there and never had any problem with it because the staff speaks fluent english too.
