This hotel had everything we nedded - spacious comfortable room, lots of entertainment, good spa centre with experienced proffessionals (Samir, Rufo, Nurlan). I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. The hotel was mainly with german, polish and russian people, but we were the only albanian people there and never had any problem with it because the staff speaks fluent english too.
