The hotel are seems to be for ages 50 and above, not much amenities and we have been told off not to make noise when we were at the bar lounge to celebrate our friend birthday( we're in fact the celebrant is just opening her gift that time). Not much to do in this hotel apart from dine in and sleep as like B&B. The staff receptionist are not of great help when asked for a fan, the room were hot & warm coz the AC was centralised and unable to remotely adjust. I suffer from menopausal symptoms therefore can't sleep properly due to the temperature. The receptionist says they can't do anything about it and they cant provide a fan for our comfort. so would not come back, and avoid this hotel of you are looking for a vibrant atmosphere and stay.

My Husband and I went for our first anniversary and we had a fantastic time the hotel was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful food was out of this world will highly recommend and looking to come back next year.

Fantastic hotel lovely place great staff but unfortunately you need to be German totally felt left out the staff even try to speak to you in German before you say your English out of 500 plus rooms there was 12 of us english 😂😂😂

Upon arrival we were met at the drop of point and our bags collected by the concierge team and escorted to the reception , the reception team checked us in without any issues and we were escorted to our room. The room had been amazingly set up for our arrival as it was our honeymoon and they had made an extra special effort to help us celebrate that ( See Puctures) the room was big and spacious with a lovely balcony that faced the pool area. Staff were helpful even if at times was a struggle as most didn't speak English as this was a German hotel but they tried and in the end if you learn a little basic turkish like what a bottle of water is at dinner etc then everything was good. Pool area was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the entertainment team that kept us busy every day apart from Sunday ( people have to rest ) Drinks are plentiful and snacks in the afternoon by the pool amazing. The food was amazing they had different days for different things which you got to know so could get repetitive if there for a while but the quality of the food was amazing . Every night they had a different bit of entertainment . Bars open late and on a couple of days a week a little disco of an evening.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad... However, not amazing either. We had to stay the first night in a loud basement room because there was no availability for the room we booked. But it's not that bad. The food isn't bad but isn't top tier either. The bathrooms are a bit mouldy as expected. The staff aren't that friendly but it's understandable as they really don't get much money here I guess, the cleaning ladies are nice. I just had one problem... the cocktails. They are not cocktails at all. "Blue Hawaii" is basically 50% vodka, 50% sparkling water and a tiny shot of sirup. "Pina Colada" is this typical pineapple juice from the automatic dispenser + 50% rum + a tiny shot of sirup +...whole milk. "Mohito" is sparkling water + some lemons and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. I don't know... I was looking forward to the cocktails but at the end, I could only drink beer. The pool and sea were nice though, as well as the ice cream and waffles.

The room was quite big and well cleaned. The place - not very far from the sea (10 min walk, but there is a bus shuttle) Food - various and tasty (meat, fruit, vegetables......., sweet things) Drinks - a good choice and tasty Service - very good, helpful and polite staff Pool - clean, nice, a lot of sunbeds but if you want a better place you should reserve in the early morning Animation - pretty good, evening entertainment satisfied us We would come to this hotel other time The biggest advantage - no children

I visited this hotel 2015 ,hotel has classical design ,was very clean with friendly staff and variety of delicious food,drink,dessert,but no active night club , beach is close to hotel about 300 meter i thinks this hotel is suitable for over 45 age.

Went here for 10 nights from 30th March, after reading some of the reviews we were abit unsure if we had made the right choice,we go away at least 3 times a year and have stayed in some nice hotels and some not so nice,but Diamond Elite and spa hotel is definitely one of the nicest hotels.The food was good and plenty of choice the staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and it was constantly being cleaned no issues getting a table although it was out of season,the bar staff again lovely and would bring your drinks to your table,if they seen you were almost finished your drink they were straight there to bring another if you wanted one.Our room was in block B on the third floor and again fairly big with everything we needed ,the cleaner came in everyday.We also found the reception staff very helpful and friendly,if we had any issues at all it's that most of the guests were German and the resort did seem to assume everyone was German they didn't bother us and we didn't bother them.We did book a couple of trips one being Quad bikes brilliant, the other was the night show at LAND OF LEGENDS don't go if was a rip off took us a hour to get there and very expensive for food and drink and the show was a fountain of coloured water which lasted for 15 mins all that's there is a shopping mall we spent 5 hours walking about totally fed up and everyone on the bus said the same.All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely go back I have to say that we always give a small tip to the staff were ever we go because we appreciate how hard they work well done Diamond Elite for making our stay fab.Mr and Mrs Adamson

We were the only British people here so therefore the staff were not interested in learning or even speaking English to us which made if very difficult to communicate with any member of staff. All entertainment is in either German or Russian and never explained in English. Food and Drink is available 24/7 so therefore this hotel is extremely noisy even at 4am! Avoid being given a room in block B as this is where the bar is open all the time and you can hear everything so no sleep was the main thing for the whole holiday where we just wanted to relax but with no sleep this is almost impossible. Most of the food is tasteless and luke warm and the same things every night, apart from the BBQ food which was hot and cooked to order. The beds are solid and like brick, all they give you is a stupid thin blanket to sleep with so you are either freezing with the air con on or to hot if you turn it off. The staff are all rude and not helpful unless you give them tips all the time. My daughter is blond and blue eyed so she got a lot of attention from the turkish men, but it was beyond the point of creepy and made her feel totally uncomfortable. I have limited mobility and the hand rail to get into the pool is loose and rusty with deep steps into the pool so made it difficult for me to even get into the pool. We stayed for 10 days and after about 5 just wanted to come home due to everyone being so rude and not being able to talk to anyone else at all as to me that makes part of my holiday chatting with people. The drinks were awful especially the pre mixed cocktails but trying to ask for any other drink apart from vodka they could not understand me so had coke most of the time. The only thing I can say is that the cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic and there is always someone around cleaning and it is spotless.

We visited this hotel in the last week of July. The hotel is described as a first class hotel. We cannot agree with that. The hotel is in a crowded street and all you see are other hotels. When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately had to change rooms because we got a room that did not match our reservation. The air conditioner in our room was unable to change the temperature to a normal level. Only very cold. We had to regulate by turning the air conditioner off or on. The entertainment was poor in the evenings and it was mostly music that was played extremely loudly. We went with Airtours who had no written information either on notice boards or welcome letters. If we wanted to get to the dining room, we first had to take the elevator down to the reception and then walk about 30-40 meters to take another elevator to get down to the dining room. This was what we thought was very bad. The same procedure when we were going down to the pool. What we thought was good was that it was for people over 16. In the dining room there was a perfect, calm atmosphere and it never got crowded. The food selection was also good. The staff at the hotel were very service minded and our room was perfectly cleaned. Everything you want to buy in shopping centers has become much more expensive. It is of course possible to haggle, but if you want better prices, Kazban in Manavgat is the place to go. Hotels to recommend as first-class hotels are e.g. Jacaranda or Crystal Palace
