I have just returned home having spent 8 days on an all inclusive break at this hotel and hope the following comments will be of help to others. Food: good quality ingredients totally spoiled by very poor preparation, unskilled cooking and presentation. Thus, a lot of supposedly hot food was cold, dry and tasteless. Staff: generally were very helpful. Mainly they could communicate only in Russian and German, apart from Turkish of course. Not an hotel to be recommended for English speaking visitors. Beach access: Very good shuttle bus service to point above the beach then there is a very steep walk down to the beach itself. Definitely not recommended for those with heart problems or limited leg capabilities. No toilet access on the beach: only the sea or a primitive facility by the beach snack bar at the shuttle bus drop off point. Internet access: Limited to hotel reception and then very poor. Cleanliness: Generally very good indeed in all areas. Noise: Almost constant throbbing of disco music was unacceptably intrusive. Star rating: Delusions of grandeur. This hotel should not be rated above 3 star maximum. Overall assessment: As with most things in this life; you only get what you pay for and expectations do not usually live up to reality.

Awful hotel. Advertised as 5-star but nowhere near. The hotel felt dirty and badly looked after from the moment we arrived. Public areas were stifling with no air-conditioning anywhere except the bedrooms, and the whole place looked old and run-down. The food was dry and stale, the restaurant itself grubby. We were given a room for just one night and told to move again after 10 a.m., so we couldn’t even unpack. Worse still, the receptionist actually looked surprised that we were British. The hotel is clearly geared to a different market and we felt uneasy and unwelcome the entire time. We left after a single night and paid extra to move to another hotel, which really is 5-star and showed just how awful this place is. Dirty, uncomfortable and unwelcoming – avoid at all costs!

This hotel had everything we nedded - spacious comfortable room, lots of entertainment, good spa centre with experienced proffessionals (Samir, Rufo, Nurlan). The beds were very comfy, good food, great choice . The very best of all - lunch restaurant on the top of the sea coast with amazing sea view.

No AC in hotel, except rooms. Poor internet connection, sauna only 2 hours available (4pm to 6pm). Same food every day with small exceptions. Transfer to the beach only until 5pm. On the beach you need to climb 50 meters to the beach bar. Food was spicy and salty. Stuff except reception don’t speak english. This is a 3 star hotel ( rooms and restaurant).

This is 3 stars hotel not 5 !!!! Disgusting food, we all got sick and end up eating from outside, very rude guests and staff!! Sink was blocked and bathroom smell very bad! Only good things about this hotel is They have 2 big swimming pools with slides ! And private beach….

Clup Side Cost is one of the most ideal hotels to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. Both the cleaning of the rooms and the cleaning of the pool and common areas were extremely meticulous. It is a hotel where there will never be any problem in terms of nutrition. You will surely come across flavors that suit your taste buds. Hotel staff and managers deserve the biggest thanks. Many thanks to each and every one of them for their interest and hard work.

holiday worst. food not good drinks drama. continuous no ice for drinks. drama service as if they were punished. the service speaks only russian and turkish. this hotel should not have any star I warn against this hotel.
