Aletris Deluxe Hotel & Spa in Side

$@zbuntowany_baczus🐝: As a goodbye, they made us pay for towel cards we didn't have! We asked them to check the cameras and described the situation (that there was a mix-up and the front desk staff apparently didn't give us any). The receptionist clearly pretended not to speak English and wasn't even willing to call someone who could speak the language. We will never go back there! Be careful and check that they gave you everything at the front desk, so you don't return home disappointed, like we did!!! I do not recommend this hotel😡🤯

The hotel was clean thats about all that was good about it. Do not go here if you are English you will be heavily isolated and made to feel unwelcome. When we arrived at 9:30pm we were told our room was not ready and we had to be placed in a different room for the night. We were extremely unhappy with this as we had planned to unpack that night due to loosing a day of our holiday by arriving later but was told nothing can be done as they had clearly double booked our room. The staff are rude and speak little to no english and german/polish are favoured over everyone else. The food is unbearable most days we only ate chips, mash potatoes and bread meaning we had to eat out alot more than expected and antalya prices are expensive on average a meal for 2 with no alcohol was around £65. People trying to sell you stuff constantly we were hounded at least 4 times a day when we are sunbathing around the pool the spa staff also harass you to buy treatments from you every single day as well as the shops in the hotel that you cannot escape as you have to walk past them to get to the pool. All the entertainment wasn't in english either so we spent our nights in the hotel room as the location is quite far out from side and not much to do around the area.
